"We were introduced to Bill Smith last year while looking for a home in Phoenix where our son and more importantly our only Grand daughter lived. We had been talking to a few other Realtors but were not comfortable with them.
We liked Bill right from the start. He has a great personality and with time we found that he also has a great sense of humor. The best trait we found in Bill was that he was a honest real estate agent.
We are disabled and were not able to go looking at homes until in the afternoon. And then we were only able to look at a few before we had to return home. All of our appointments were in the afternoon. And there was never a time that Bill did not make himself available to us when needed. He never acted impatient or frustrated by us even though we were very frustrated ourselves. He would stay calm and positive.
We had been looking for a home for around three months when we finally got an accepted offer. We had looked at so many houses we could no longer keep them straight in our heads. It was a nice house but not really what we wanted. We were so tired of looking that we decided we would accept it and take the house. Bill met us at the house to sign papers and before we even went into the house he told us another house that we had really liked had just went back on the market. We could go ahead with the house we didn't want or try for the one we wanted taking the chance of losing both. We walked through our house. Then decided to go to the other house and walk through it. Once there we decided to take a chance and go for the bigger better home. Our offer was accepted.
We mentioned to Bill that we were very surprised that he would tell us about the other house going back on the market when he already had a sure sale. Our previous experiences with realtors did not prepare us for Bill.
Over the months since that day we have stayed in contact with Bill. We can't imagine not having contact with him by way of e-mail or the occasional telephone call.
We value him not only as a friend but as a Realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor or a friend.

"My wife and I met Bill Smith in the fall of ’07. We had been wintering in Arizona for several years, staying with my Mother in Chandler.
We had lived in Northern Michigan for 10 years and the winters were getting longer and longer. We
had a cute log home on a private lake and had been trying to sell it since ’04. With the market next to
non existent we had almost given up on getting it sold.
Diana, my wife, forever the optimist still insisted on looking for perspective homes each winter.
We looked on the Internet and found several houses that looked liked good candidates and one
Of them had Bill’s name as the sales person.
Upon further checking we realized that he was just a few blocks away.
We liked him as soon as we met and soon got to be good friends.
He showed us many houses in the Chandler area and we soon realized that we were in
an area where the prices were above our means.
Bill suggested that we look in the Queen Creek area and found us many houses that
could have been just what we were looking for but unfortunately our house back in Mi.
Remained unsold.
Upon our return to Mi. Bill called for an update and I told him sadly that the market
seemed to be worse that ever. I told him we would let him know if anything changed, but for the
time being we were just very discouraged.
When we returned to AZ the following fall, Diana began looking again this time south of Tucson
near a small town that was close to her sister and we fell in love with a house in a new subdivision
very close to her sister and we made an offer based on selling our house in Mi.
After a short time that offer expired and our house was still unsold
.
In Dec. my Mother offered to help with the purchase of a home and letting us live in it
until our house sold and then we could buy it from her.
Again, we began looking, this time in Casa Grande. We found several we liked and were
ready to have Mom take a look at them.
Remembering Bill and all the effort he had given us the year before we decided that we wanted to
contact him to be our agent.
He spent many days with us looking at the houses that we were interested in and showing us many
comparable homes in the area. We finally narrowed it down to 2 or 3 and began looking at all the
pros and cons and with a great deal of help from Bill we settled on a model home that was
move in ready. We were able to get the deal done and move in Jan. of 08. We stayed until the
end of April and returned to Mi. for the summer.
By Sept. we accepted an offer on our house. We came back to AZ with all our belongings
and became permanent residents of AZ.
We have remained good friends with Bill and we get together with him frequently. We appreciate all
the time and effort he gave us even when it looked like all hope was gone.

"Re: Bill Smith
I was referred to Bill as my Buyer's Agent to help me make an offer on a property in Arizona. Although we did not get the acceptance, we continured to see several properties the following week. Since I'm here in California, my timeline was limited and needed to view severral properties whereby enabling me to bid by the end time.Bill rescheduled and even moved out or up his scheduled appointments or duties to make the necessary time alloted toassist me with my request with my timeline. Because of Bill's knowledge of the area and what is considered better or not so good was shared to help me make the right decision as a Buyer. His experience and knowledge is in my opinion served exemplary as to his service, integrity, and all knowing pertaining to real estate transactions such as utilization of internet listings as well as pdf documents that can be electronically signed and would meet or beat deadline dates since living out of town.Bill has also followed up to continue to provide me required information I needed to assist with added disclosure informatioon and or documents to make a successful transaction more complete. Having a person such as Bill is like having your own personal coach and expert to represent me as a "professional". It is in my opinion that Bill is my gateway for real estate deals to successfully acquire, as my agent for representation."

"To Whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter to express my great appreciation to Bill Smith, a professional realtor. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide me in finding my first home purchase. Bill mmade things as easy as possible for myself. He was very responsive and willing to go out of his way to make searching as smooth as possible. He worked each and every day to make sure that I was getting what I needed. Bill was very informative about the whole home searching and had answers to all my questions and then some. He made my first home purchase very enjoyable and made e feel very comfortable in which I feel I have made a new friend as well as a great realtor. I would definitely recommend him to others as well as my family and friends.
I can't thank you enough Bill, you have been nothing but wonderful and greatful in this whole process. Your witty and upbeat attitude made this whole house searching more fun than stressful. You have been great as my realtor and I will definitely use your services in the future.
Very Much Appreciated,"
