Trulia is excited to announce Matt Dollinger as Head of Industry Relations. Dollinger will oversee business development for Trulia’s industry team, bringing more than 8 years experience working with agents and brokerages. Prior to joining Trulia, Dollinger served as V.P. of Strategic Development with @properties, an independent real estate brokerage commanding leading market-share in Chicago, IL, and ranking 30th in the Real Trends 2012 broker list. In this role, Matt assisted in the development of the brokerage strategy for company growth, agent retention and agent development.

Over the last year, Trulia has brought in a team of industry veterans to strengthen industry relationships and deliver solutions to help brokers and their agents grow their businesses. We’ve launched a series of initiatives including:

  • An overhaul of our broker offerings to improve broker marketing tools and address the challenges around data accuracy and advertising on property listings.
  • The release of Trulia’s Data Pledge for Listing Syndication and Display. Launched in January 2012, this pledge was the first of its kind in the industry and details how we handle and display data.
  • The Trulia Direct Reference program, a quality assurance system which allows local Multiple Listing Services (MLS), brokers and agents to find and correct inaccurate data within their markets, improving data accuracy, not just on Trulia, but across the web.

Allison Williams oversees strategic relationships with Trulia’s Broker partners. Allison has more than 10 years of industry experience including leadership positions with The Dallas Morning News and with NVR, Inc., one of the largest home builders in the country.
Ginger Wilcox
Head of Industry Marketing

Ginger Wilcox oversees industry marketing and education for Trulia’s business services division. She is a third generation real estate professional, has sold real estate in two states, and worked for eight real estate companies in her fifteen year real estate career.

Ninve Adams manages Trulia’s strategic broker and franchisor partnerships for the Eastern Region and has over ten years of industry experience. Prior to joining Trulia in 2008, Ninve was a Regional Sales Director for Realtor.com.

Todd Carpenter manages Trulia’s relationships with industry partners. Todd is a 20 year veteran of the real estate industry. Prior to joining Trulia, Todd was the Director of Digital Engagement for the National Association of REALTORS®.

Mark Weiss manages Trulia’s strategic alliances with MLS’s and industry associations. Prior to Trulia Mark held roles in sales and business development for companies like Federated Media Publishing, Yahoo!, HotJobs.com, and Vibrant Media.

Lloyd Graves manages Trulia’s strategic alliances with MLS’s and industry associations. Lloyd has nearly four decades of real estate experience starting as a salesman for Supra Products in 1976. Prior roles include positions with Northwest Multiple Listing and Housevalues.
