"It’s a booming city. Definitely a collage town. Would not raise children here. The sidewalks are not as accessible in the Evansdale campus compared to downtown."

"There are plenty of dog owners in the neighborhood. I always see people walking their dogs up and down my street. Occasionally there is a noisy one that gets my dogs going, but all in all, First Ward is a very dog friendly neighborhood. "
