There is a sense of community and some of the faculty and administrators were students themselves when I was there in the 90s. My child has made friends with good kids who have an eye toward the future, though granted not every kid there appreciates what they have, the majority are decent kids. The only concern is safety, which is a problem everywhere these days. The administration is solid and always helpful, relatively good communication with parents. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageInnovations early college high school is very underrated in the state but it's very good. You can get help in anything whether it's emotional or academics. There are tutors who can help you in your assignments as well as your mentors, plus teachers and staff. They will help you achieve your academic goals, whether it's graduating early or not, taking college classes early etc. I really do recomend this school. You even have stufy periods where you can work individually. it's not like other high schools where you have 4 periods a day and 2 hours a class. They as well offer classes at the nearby high schools that innovations doesn't have. It's a very welcoming school and easy to make friends no one judges. "My care gets broken into all the time. It’s probably all the foot traffic around. The down town area and state street. I do like the festivals around. It’s walking distance to city and county building "

"Very liberal area in Utah. We are in a great neighborhood with all of the great parts of living in a suburban neighborhood but close to downtown and a more urban feel. "

"I’ve lived here for three years and this is a hot neighborhood in transition! Mostly young professionals/families and elderly couples who have lived here 50+ years. Tons of nice shops and restaurants popping up at 9th and 4th within walking distance. One of the affordable areas of Salt Lake City that is still safe and getting nicer- definitely going to increase in value. Downside: not everybody takes care of their lawns or exterior of home, mostly because these are homes owned by the elderly who are likely not able to. Eclectic and fun neighborhood in transition!"
