Description
This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Great custom 2,542 square foot home (just coming on the market) with 3 large bedrooms sitting on a beautiful 2-acre lot with lots of trees. Sit out back by the pool and enjoy the wildlife and private woods. Five minutes from shopping, entertainment, 183A and hospital. Perfect for a young family, working professionals, or retirees.
Other benefits:
a. In the Rock Ridge School District, one of the best in Texas and it's within walking distance.
b. Cedar Park technically surrounds us, so Williamson County buildings codes and other regulations apply which are minimal compared to Cedar Park. Also, no city taxes.
c. Unusually safe and quiet neighborhood owing to only one access road and we're at the back, so no through traffic.
d. 1 acre of trees = your own forest. Thus far I have left it alone so nature can do her thing back there. Makes for a great view.
e. Plenty of space to build or add onto the house.
f. A barn and a toolshed. Either could be converted to an outside office, playroom, or crafts room.
g. I was about to put up a third 10x20 "outside bedroom" near the forest. If you desire this, I can make it happen.
h. Garage has been turned into a home office with a $20,000 upgrade including 4x electrical lines and 2x the a/c needed in case there's a crowd or hot lights - (I used to produce films). It's perfect for any kind of business but can also return to it's former state as a parking garage in about five minutes. Caged storage space too.
i. Workout room (can also be a bedroom), has a Gronk bar, hooks and wall mounts, speed bag and more. I can leave some of these things if you desire them.
j. Gun closet with steel gate can also be used to store personal items.
k. Seasonal pond in the woods
l. An RV port that can protect an RV or up to 4 cars from the sun and rain
m. Two water heaters and two 2 a/c units for east and west sides
n. Wash room, crafts room, dog houses, and more
Buyer's agents welcome. Please have pre-approved loans or bank statement showing ability to purchase. Good luck!

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis was our first year at Cox. We relocated to Cedar Park and purposely bought in a neighborhood that feeds into Cox. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Is the school perfect? No, but it is a warm, welcoming school that embraces new students, volunteers, parents and the community. The administration is fantastic, the communication is fantastic and the teachers are top notch. There is a real emphasis on character education and the students are also allowed to thrive academically.Parent Review5y ago - Vista Ridge High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere are helpful and kind teachers. I like this school a lot. If you see me rating my elementary school-Ronald Reagan Elementary, Henry middle school is way better. It is only the first 13 weeks and I already like this school a lot. I am in band and I like it. PE is way better and cheap elementary PE. I used to hate language arts but the teachers keep encouraging me and I really enjoy it. Great math class, Perfect teachers for social studies, and amazing science classes. I encourage you to get in QUEST program to learn more advanced stuff. Lunches are better than elementary poison. My grades are improving a lot and I went from 610-697 in language art Istation. Amazing school overall.Student Review5mo ago - Check out schools near 1770 Moonlight Dr.

"Easy commute since I have access to 183, 45, and 1431. Usually only takes me 15 mins to get to work each day. I don’t live far from my office. Although right now, I’m working from home. I don’t have anymore words to add to this...but the tool is forcing me to enter 100 characters. "

"I am in the carriage hills area and have been for 4 years and people are very private here. We have tried to get to know our neighbors and people really don’t talk however i have noticed each neighborhood is different in cedar park . It is also becoming very busy and if you don’t like city areas this isn’t for you. "

"Good people, you can feel safe. I like the fact that you don't see a lot of people moving here from California, since they are all moving to Austin. so Cedar Park actually feels like the original Texans that work hard for their money and don't have a sense of entitlement. "

"I don’t work, but when I take ppl to work it’s best to go early. My husband works downtown and he has an easy drive into the city because he leaves home between 5 and 5:30 am, no traffic. My daughter leaves at 7:15 to go work approx 10 miles away and she catches heavy traffic, but she still gets to work by 7:45. The commute would depend on which direction you work. ,"
