5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageExcellent. We've had a great experience there. Two kids, each testing in the highest 10% nationally. Generous and dedicated leadership and lots of programs for kids that are different. It seems the algorithm is messed up. Can't imagine why this school would be rated low.Parent Review3y ago - Keene High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI give a one star only because I had to plus I agree where it states "they give them what is required" ( only.).....BUT NOT WHAT THEY NEED. Special ed students in this school are dismissed emotionally, it's all about the "jocs"......if you have no choice and your child falls into ESE catagory, And yes they include parents but parents have no say......the staff for ESE decides it all.. you may want to remain active when it comes to bullying...yes it occurs often..... and on top of things in today's times, it's all about winning sports which gives a school a good name the principal and school crave.....the teaching and compassion of ALL students does not matter. Every ESE child we knew in our child's grade a few years ago, is either washes dishes part time in a restaurant being bullied by other staff.......or flaunders the streets daily with nothing to do. Their lives are actually lost and the state does nothing more unless your chilld has downs, then he or she may be the fortunate if you call it that, bagging in stores or bringing in the carts for the next 40 years of their lives...We were involved parents, attending all ESE meetings, reqiesting meetings with other staff, had our chid in church acivities for socialization and at the Y......went to town activities etc etc........ school years were wasted away .......ending useless. And "no child left hehind"? A joke! I am confident many schools have failed students in this country; Keene High is only one.Parent Review1mo ago - Keene Middle School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had a good experience at the middle school, and that was before it moved to its new location in a new building. The new building is fantastic, and the teachers are fabulous!Other Review7y ago - Check out schools near 206 Church St.

"I commute to Peterborough for work, but within Keene traffic is pretty light and easy to navigate. The one major draw back are slow drivers that are difficult to pass on one lane roads."
