What Locals Say about Lake View

"I’ve lived here for 2 years total (1 year in 2019, and this year 2024). Areas fun but pretty expensive. Surprisingly a lot of great asian food but lacking a solid pizza spot. Over fine to live here, but wouldn’t be living hear if I wasn’t lucky enough to have scored a cheap apartment "

"The HOA is a downside of having this aera your neighbors are too close. Keeping your kids out of the lake or drowning would be a construct reminder"

"Good morning nice neighbors I’ll keep it clean. We respect one another I do not have any pets. Nice decorations for the holidays. Back to school giveaways, garage sales, nice humble, and friendly neighbors"
