"It is a neighborhood that feels like a small town with a big community. Very friendly residents. My son attends a great elementary school here. The crime can get bad in some areas, which is the downside. But there are a lot of parks and grocery stores. Everything is in walking distance and the train and buses run right through the neighborhood. I like living here and have met a lot of friendly people who have lived here their whole lives. "

"it's very boring here. Rent can be expensive for what you get. Not much to do. it's like a commuting neighborhood. You only see people moving/walking to go to a destination. you hardly see people just leisurely do things in the neighborhood. A lot of cars and busy roads so if you live close to the road you won't like it It's a relatively safe neighborhood "
