5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school? I dont think so....This school failed to help my child by not recognizing my childs unusual behavior of not doing any assignment. Turns out my child had depression because she felt left out and no support from her teachers. Terrible school! This school year, my childs self esteem and grades has improved a lot and more happier ever since we've moved to the mainland aka Red state.Parent Review2y ago - President Abraham Lincoln Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI worked at Lincoln for 8 years. Like the previous parent, I've seen the school go down yearly. There is no leadership, the principal kicks back while the vice principal runs the school. There is no parental involvement because our Parent community network coordinator position was wiped our in order to keep the vice principal on board despite the fact that we only have 350 students. Other programs have been cut, class sizes are large and support staff are cut so the money can be used for the vice principal. The faculty and staff are great despite the lack of leadership and support. We are there for the children The parents need to get involved. Teachers has questioned the higher up about the lack of leadership which fell to deaf ears. If parents get involved the results would be better.Teacher Review13y ago - Anuenue School

"It is so conveniently located. Easy access to shopping, businesses and the freeway. Most neighbors are friendly. Although the neighborhood is densely populated, it is still relatively quiet and peaceful. It is a very ethnically diverse neighborhood that works well blending and assimilating those cultures together. "

"Peaceful, friendly, lots of flowers and trees, great parks, lovely old homes and pleasant condos - low traffic as it is at the foot of the mountains, safe from floods (or tsunamis), good schools, hospitals, shopping, great bus transport to anywhere on Oahu, and Makiki Park! What more could anyone want???"
