" I have lived here for a while and was unhappy until the new owners took over three months ago. Since then, so many positive changes have been made! I was not going to resign my lease but since takeover I’m very happy to be staying! In my opinion, most of the problem residents have moved and are moving out because of new ownership and they can’t abide by simple and common courtesy rules. This leaves way for a new beginning and I’m hoping great things to come! They are renovating all of the common areas and they are looking modern and clean. The outside of complex and grounds have never looked better. I feel very safe here and have never had any issues with my vehicle. New owners have responded quickly to any issues or concerns I may have had. They are extremely professional and timely. I don’t mind paying a little more for a nicer complex and better management that has higher standards for tenants, which means more professionals will want to live here! Good things take time, and I feel that after renovations this place will be difficult to get into because there will be no vacancies!!! I love the fact there is no smoking and they monitor the pet policy. Plus you are in downtown Stamford, it doesn’t get any better!!!"
