    "The area is close to Hollywood, Downtown or the Beaches. Public schools are generally good. Private schools are local too. Wouldn’t consider this neighborhood today because of the over abundance of apartments. Not sure what else to say. Other than it’s a decent neighborhood besides those things I’ve mentioned. Riverside and Milliken are great schools."
