Property records show that Lake purchased the 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 5,226 square foot home on October 23, 2002 from famous “Friend” Courteney Cox for $5,600,000.
After living there for more than a decade, Lake listed it in July 2013 for $8,750,000, and it sold on January 24, 2014.
