    $65,000 a month

After moving out of her mansion due to stalkers and burglars, Rihanna’s former Pacific Palisades home is back on the market as a rental with a $65,000 a month price tag!

The Barbados-born beauty moved into the $12 million dollar home in December 2012, and her Southern California paradise quickly became a nightmare. After just a few short months in the home, trespassers, stalkers and attempted burglars have all been arrested at or near the property, prompting RiRi to flee the urban oasis for her own safety. In the most extreme case, a 27-year-old man was arrested on the property after showing up multiple times, claiming to be her “future husband.”

The globetrottering Grammy winner has since had ‘her people’ move her belonging out of the home and into another undisclosed location, freeing up her former home for new residents. Reports say she’s decamped to a penthouse in New York City. She also reportedly purchased a $22 million villa in her native Barbados earlier this year.

Built in 2010, the estate is nestled in the Los Angeles hills and features a neutral-to-warm color scheme throughout, with sandy walls and dark wood and tile flooring from head to toe. The home exudes a strong modern-Caribbean influence, offering simple architecture and sleek finishes, with a slight twist. Reminiscent of a tropical villa, almost every room comes complete with walls opening to the backyard allowing for plenty of natural light and easy access to the pool and spa. A super-modern kitchen offers 14-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and a full bar. In addition to the pool and spa, the outdoor entertaining area offers a 6,000-square-foot garden area with outdoor BBQ, bar, and sundeck.

According to the listing, the current rate is a temporary reduction from the initial $100,000 a-month asking price.

According to our friends at the Daily Mail, the boys are in town to finish up their North American leg of the tour and to promote their new dolls.

The mansion is secluded and gated, which is good considering all the attention these boys get from their screaming fans, and has floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offers a panaramic view of the LA city lights and majestic mountain ranges. This party house is complete with a pool table and fully stocked wet bar just in case the group decides to invite their groupies over after one of their shows. And, with five bedrooms and eight baths no one will have to share a room in this 11,000 square foot home!

        $16,500 a month

Orlando Bloom has just found a renter willing to pay $16,500 a month for the home famously burglarized by “The Bling Ring.” A gang of teenage thiefs broke into this home owned by Bloom, as well as the homes of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson and “The Hills” star Audrina Patridge, stealing millions of dollars worth of jewelry, clothing and art in 2008 and 2009.

While “Bling Ring” kids have since been caught, prosecuted and made infamous in Sofia Copolla’s film of the same name,  Bloom has decided to let someone else live in the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,248 square foot home, all while collecting $16,500 a month.

Situated high up off the street, Bloom’s very private, gated compound totals 3/4 acres and features security cameras (naturally), lush gardens, a pool, swim machine and spa. The ‘artistic’ single-story home features a chef’s kitchen with walnut/cherry handmade custom cabinetry and a warming fireplace. Off the kitchen is an outdoor patio with built-in barbecue and dining area. To the other side of the kitchen is a large den/office/bedroom with full bathroom and separate entrance. The master suite looks out onto the pool area and has a huge walk in closet and large bathroom with separate tub and steam shower.

Bloom purchased the home on March 28, 2007 for $2,750,000.

          $10,000 a month

Kristin Cavallari and her new husband Jay Cutler are high rolling renters in Illinois. The duo are renting a 8,200 square foot home in Winnetka, IL, a Chicago suburb close to Jay’s day job as the star quarterback of the Chicago Bears.

The reality TV starlet, her first-string QB hubby and their adorable baby Camden signed the lease on the beautiful home in January 2013, just two months after the home came onto the rental market with a $10,000 a month price tag.

The beautiful home sits on an almost 3/4 acre lot in a ritzy Winnetka neighborhood. Inside, a stunning gourmet eat-in kitchen has Carrara marble counters, top-of-the-line appliances and an adjoining room to relax in front of a blazing fireplace. Kristin loves the kitchen so much, she posed in it for a recent issue of People Magazine,

The rest of the gorgeous rental features a wood paneled library, a beautiful master bedroom suite and a full finished basement – perfect for Camden to play in during those harsh Chicago winters.

Cutler has just one season remaining on his contract with the Bears, so renting makes sense for the family. Prior to marrying Cavallari, Cutler had been renting a three-bedroom, 2,050-square-foot condo unit on Chicago’s Near North Side for $6,500 a month.

Chris Rock wants to be your landlord! The actor and comedian is looking for a tenant for his Brooklyn, NY townhome and you can move right in – if you have $7,950 a month to drop on the rental. Rock made a wise investment when he purchased the 4,480 square foot pad in the mid-90′s for $370,000. Now, similar-sized homes in the Clinton Hill area of Brooklyn are selling for more than a million dollars!

If you want to be Rock’s tenant and you got that kind of dough, you’ll be living in a limestone and brick townhouse with beautiful original details and modern amenities. The ground floor contains a two-car garage and a private apartment, ideal as guest quarters, with a large living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a glass shower. The top floor features a breathtaking master bedroom suite with a huge walk-in closet, a master bathroom with double sinks and an oversized terrace.

If you’ve been “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” you know former Olympian Bruce Jenner has gotten himself a crash pad in Malibu to put some space between himself and his wife, Kardashian “momager” Kris Jenner. Kris and Bruce’s marriage has been rumored to be on the rocks for some time now, and the rumors picked up steam when Bruce went out and leased a Malibu beach home so he could have a place to get some peace and quiet away from Kris and the madness that is the Kardashian/Jenner house in Calabasas.

“You can go get a man-cave,” Kris told Bruce when the reality TV show cameras were rolling. “You…can go find a little getaway that you can go relax at.”

“At first I thought getting my own place, that’s absolutely crazy,” Bruce told the cameras, “Now I’m thinking about it, you know, it might not be a bad idea.”

After a short hunt for the right place, Bruce is now paying $14,500 a month for a four bedroom Broad Beach Bluff home with stairs that drop right down onto the famous sands of Malibu. The home has soaring ceilings and an open floor plan that’s the perfect environment for living and entertaining – or just getting some peace and quiet. Like most Malibu homes, this particular pad has sweeping ocean views and expansive patios for sunbathing and hanging out.

While it’s supposed to be his private getaway. Bruce doesn’t have the place all to himself, all the time. His whole family spent the 4th of July holiday enjoying the house, and daughters Kylie and Kendall Jenner even learned to surf!

The home was given some modern updates and a fresh coat of paint before Jenner moved in and the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” cameras started rolling.

Make your rent check payable to Vince Vaughn.

The comedic actor and everyone’s favorite “Wedding Crasher” is leasing out his apartment in his hometown of Chicago for $9,500. According to the Chicago Tribune, Vaughn paid $1,425,500 for the town home in the trendy River North neighborhood in 2005, but he hasn’t lived in the apartment since late 2006, when he majorly upgraded his Chicago lifestyle and paid $12 million to buy a penthouse on North Michigan Avenue. Vaughn tried to sell his bigger, better penthouse earlier this year for $16.75 million, but quickly took it off the market.

The settled-down dad is spending less time in The Windy City and making a more permanent home on the West Coast. Vaughn and his wife Kyla Weber just paid nearly $4 million for an estate in La Canada Flintridge, CA. The duo are expecting their second baby any day now.

If you want to live in Vaughn’s Midwest abode, $9,500 a month will get you an upgraded 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom with a 3 car garage and custom-designed home theater with seating for 7. A must for Chicago summers, Vaughn’s for-rent home has a spacious roof top terrace with skyline views.

Superstar and ‘Mother Monster’ Lady Gaga has just rented a New York City penthouse overlooking Central Park for $22,000 a month!  The global phemon was anywhere and everywhere you looked for years, but lately, she’s been keeping a lower profile as she recovers from the hip surgery she had in March 2013. Now, she has incredible place to kick up her feet as she continues down the road to recovery and ramps back up for her return to the spotlight.

According to Life & Style, her new penthouse rental at 40 Central Park South is in a super-fancy doorman building and features four terraces and unparalleled views of Central Park and Manhattan from every room. With terraces off almost every room, she has no neighbors on any side. The entrance foyer leads to a dramatic sunken living room with wood-burning fireplace and all glass overlooking Central Park. On either side of this great room are the first of two enormous bedrooms and a large formal dining room. Off of the dining room, Gaga will now have a granite chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a washer dryer.

Up a chic staircase, a private master suite features a huge walk-in closet (a must for Gaga’s insane fashions), another wood-burning fireplace, fabulous views and terraces on both sides.

                    $18,500 a month

Legendary NBA coach Pat Riley is making a play in the real estate game by putting his longtime beachfront Malibu home up for rent for $18,500 a month. Riley and his wife purchased the oceanfront abode on July 14, 1989 for $1,600,000, back when ‘Riles’ was still winning championships with the Showtime Lakers in L.A. Since then, Riley has moved onto more NBA titles in Miami, first as head coach and more recently as Team President of the Heat, which might mean he’s spending less time on the West Coast.

The home is located within an exclusive gated enclave off of Broad Beach Road, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,  plus an office where Riley likely spent many late hours breaking down the Celtics defense or writing plays for the likes of Magic Johnson, while waves crashed a few feet away.

The floor plan includes a large living room with fireplace, open kitchen, and walls of glass for great, natural light. Outside, expansive patios have limitless views of the Pacific Ocean. Riley and his wife won’t be missing the summer in Malibu, though, as the rental isn’t available until September 1, 2013.

Even when they do rent it out, they won’t be going far. They also own the house two doors down, which has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2,088 square feet. They paid $7,000,000 for it in February 2007.

                      $30,000 a month

For you movie buffs out there, this house should be pretty familiar, especially the large white fountain in front, which was the location of one of the most iconic scenes from the legendary Scarface. The home was chosen by director Brian De Palma as the expression of the ultimate luxury estate for the film. Here’s a sneak peek into movie magic for you, though: this home is actually located in Santa Barbara, not the sultry and seductive city of Miami, where the plot and scenes of the iconic 1983 movie are based. While it’s on the opposite coast from Miami, the home is clearly worthy of a Tony Montana-like lifestyle.

The Mediterranean-style home known as El Fureidis is situated on over 10 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Designed by renowned architect Bertram Goodhue, the mansion is one of Santa Barbara’s most magnificent Mediterranean estates. If you head over to Google Tranlator, you’ll see that El Fureidis translates to ‘Little Paradise’ – and it’s an aptly given name for this incredible rental.

Featuring spectacular gardens with multiple levels of cascading pools and magnificent tiling, there is an indoor and outdoor fountain, bar, patio, spa, swimming pool divided into quadrants, and guest house. There are also gorgeous views of the Pacific from almost every window of the estate and palm trees surrounding the back of the house.

This estate is almost as legendary as the movie that was filmed there. It went up for sale with a gasp-inducing asking price of $35,000,000. Every potential buyer must have balked at the price, as the home eventually sold for the much lower price of $6,239,000. Between then and now, it’s also been on the rental market for $150,000 a month.

Now, any movie buff or luxury home enthusiast can “say hello” to the home – if they’ve got the more down-to-earth sum of $30,000 a month!
