        Price

        $25,000,000

Supermodel and TV powerhouse, Heidi Klum, is saying “Auf Wiedersehen” to her stunning Brentwood estate. She just listed the 8 bedroom, 10 bathroom, 12,300 square foot property for $25 million.

According to listing details, the Italian-style villa, completed in 1999, has been given the Heidi makeover—a complete renovation that revived and refreshed a front-row oceanview estate in the premier guard-gated community in Brentwood, located off bucolic Mandeville Canyon.

Heidi recounts the first time she heard about the property, saying “when I first heard about this available property, I was a bit skeptical when I was told it had been empty for a long time. As a busy working mother with four young children, I was hoping to find a home that was essentially turnkey… I knew that homes that are unoccupied for any length of time do not always get the attention they need, and I wasn’t looking for a project.”

However, the Emmy Award–winning executive producer and host of “Project Runway” and judge on “Germany’s Next Topmodel” and the top-rated “America’s Got Talent” tapped her creative skills to transform the estate into a warm family home.

Heidi’s team of talented people worked extensively for over six months to replace every window, re-stain all the gorgeous woodwork, upgrade all the appliances and fixtures, design dream closets, build a master bath with views of the ocean and expand the garden.

The time, energy and patience poured into the restoration paid off. Heidi says, “by the time we finished, the house was as incredible as its grounds and views. Sometimes I sit in the garden, drinking my coffee, looking at the Pacific, and really feel it is a little piece of Heaven. I think others will love the house as much as I have.”

Set on 8.5 acres with approximately three prime acres of flat land, the grounds have an infinity-edge pool and spa, koi pond, formal rose garden, fountains, lawns, gazebos, rolling green for golf putting and driving, children’s playhouse and slide, secret gardens and hiking trails—all with unobstructed ocean views and complete privacy.

        A perfect Los Angeles escape.

              $3,495,000

Selena Gomez is selling her Tarzana, CA ‘starter home,’ asking $3,495,000 for the stunning 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 6,630 square foot compound.

The Disney star, turned rehab-attending Justin Bieber ex-girlfriend has had a rocky year, filled with salacious tabloid headlines. With all of that (hopefully) behind her, Gomez is making changes on the home front. First, she fired her parents as her management team.

Second, she bought some brand new digs.

In March 2014, she paid $3.69 million for a gated mansion in Calabasas – the very same LA suburb where ex-bf Justin Bieber terrorized his neighbors before subsequently selling his sprawling pad to none other than Khloe Kardashian.

Now that she’s nestled into a Bieber-free Calabasas spread, she’s selling the home she’s lived in since July 2011, when she paid $2,175,000 for the pad. In the time she’s owned it, the multi-winged house has gotten some upgrades, additions and remodels…thus the much-higher asking price.

Now, Selena’s new-to-the-market home is a gorgeous and luxurious ‘compound’ on an entire acre. A lavish upstairs guest suite has its own separate entrance, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, two walk-in closets, and is encircled by a balcony that overlooks the entire grounds.

The newly built downstairs media room has a bar that opens to the outdoor BBQ and firepit lounge area – perfect for parties!

Outside, there’s a pool, spa, shaded outdoor pergola, Bocce Ball court, fruit tree orchard, full basketball court with lights, plus additional room for a full tennis court.

Just weeks after welcoming their first child, a daughter named Hazel, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt have bought a new nest in Los Angeles.

According to property records, the married actor duo closed on the home on April 23rd and paid $2,750,000 for a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,483 square foot remodeled, walled compound on a double lot.

In true Southern California style, this house is all about windows and the stunning outdoor areas. A massive pool and spa is surrounded by stone patios, a covered lanai, flat lawn and garden.

From the inside looking out, Emily and John’s new home has stunning canyon and city views. Other indoor amenities include a large cook’s kitchen with center island and breakfast bar that connects to the open-flow dining and living room areas.

John and Emily’s new master suite features a luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms and two baths are in a separate wing – plenty of room for baby Hazel and any future siblings!

This property is John and Emily’s third home. They also own a weekend home in Ojai, CA that they bought in June 2012 for $2.15 million. Nearby in Los Angeles, they have a home in West Hollywood that they bought in 2009 for $1.857 million. That house is in the heart of Hollywood and Jimmy Kimmel lives right across the street!

Perched in a prime Studio City Hills location on a privacy-friendly dead-end street, Page’s for-sale bungalow is a rare turn-key Cape Cod Traditional Home.

The sunny home features beamed ceilings, a brick fireplace, hardwood floors and multi-door access to a pool and outdoor dining area.

A fully remodeled kitchen has cook’s appliances and a breakfast nook.

                    $22,000,000

Retired MLB slugger Barry Bonds just hit it out of the (Beverly) Park!

The controversial home run king sold his massive Tuscan-inspired pad in the ultra-fancy Beverly Park area of Beverly Hills for $22 million. Property records show the deal closed on March 5, 2014 – 14 months after Bonds put the incredible estate up to bat for $25 million.

Inside sources say he had his eye on that initial $25 million list price for two reasons. First – and most importantly – he’d make an insane profit, considering he spent $8.7 million for the house in 2002. Secondly, Bonds gave the Mediterranean stunner a $25M price tag as an homage to his former jersey number – 25, which he considers to be his lucky number.

Lucky or not to him, it wasn’t the number buyers were willing to pay for the 1.85 acre, seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom manse. He price-chopped the home to $23.5M in December 2013 and finally signed a contract with a buyer at $22 million.

Bond’s just-sold estate was a faux Tuscan villa in the heart of Los Angeles’s most desirable area. Fully renovated, Bonds added 30-ft soaring ceilings in the grand entry foyer, gorgeous hand-painted Trompe L’oeil murals, and Venetian plaster throughout. The home boasts over 17,000 square feet of living space and unparalleled California living.

Outside, the grounds feature over 2,000 square feet of spacious loggias, a pool and cabana, and 2-story guest house.

Love him or hate him – there’s no in between – Barry Bonds is one of the biggest sports characters of the last two decades. Rocketing to superstardom in Pittsburgh and helping make a forlorn franchise a regular in the playoffs while winning his first league MVP award, Bonds made it clear he had all the tools to become one of the greats. He took his talents back to Northern California in 1993, where he was born and raised, to play for the San Francisco Giants and resurrected that franchise while winning 6 additional MVP awards (4 in a row at one point), leading the team to the World Series in 2002, and cementing his place in baseball history. Of course, this was before the BALCO scandal and perjury investigation which has cast a shadow over Bonds’ mountain of accomplishments to the chagrin of some and the delight of others.
