Khloe Kardashian Buys Justin Beiber's House

    Calabasas, CA

    Most Known For

    The youngest Kardashian sister

Khloe Kardashian just bought Justin Bieber’s Calabasas mansion!

According to an exclusive report from US Weekly, multiple sources have confirmed that the youngest Kardashian sister has just spent $7.2M on Bieber’s home in The Oaks, a gated community in Calabasas.

Khloe recently sold the Tarzana, CA home she shared with estranged husband Lamar Odom to ‘Big Bang Theory’ actress Kaley Cuoco and her new husband Ryan Sweeting. After many months of marital turmoil and a divorce filing in December 2013, Khloe was ready to move on from her former life with Lamar and into some brand new digs.

Before Khloe came a-knocking with some serious cash, Bieber purchased the sprawling home in 2012. He quietly (and secretly) put it on the market after some highly publicized and heated run-ins with his neighbors, including an egging incident that resulted in a police raid and a serious felony vandalism investigation.

Bieber has given up on the sleepy community of Calabasas and moved into a rented mansion in Atlanta, but the Kardashians are doubling down. Mom Kris Jenner lives in nearby Hidden Hills with sisters Kendall and Kylie, and older sister Kourtney recently upgraded her Calabasas living situation by buying retired NFL star Keyshawn Johnson’s home, which is just a couple doors down from the home Khloe just bought from the Biebs.

Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick also have their former Calabasas mansion on the market with a $3,999,000 price tag.

      Not quite real!

One of the many secrets of the reality TV show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ has just emerged! According to TMZ, the exterior of the home that appears multiple times in each episode as the “Jenner House” has just hit the market for $6.25 M. As a result, the millions of viewers who watch the Kardashians every Sunday are just now realizing that the home they thought belonged to the famous family is just a façade for reality TV. While it’s made to appear as the home that Kris, Bruce, Kendall, Kylie, Kim, Kanye and North all live in in the affluent community of Calabasas, CA, the home is a fake that’s actually located in Studio City.

The Kardashian/Jenner’s actual home is 20 miles away in Hidden Hills, CA in a 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 8,860 square foot home they purchased on March 9, 2010 for $4,000,000 and a fake home is used for security and privacy reasons – mainly to keep the throngs of Kardashian–obsessed fans from crawling around outside the home trying to catch a peek of the famous family.

Newly listed, this home in Studio City, CA has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 7,049 square feet and a sprawling backyard with in-ground pool. The interior photos are a stark difference from the black, white and glam décor that Kris Jenner favors for her massive family compound.

This sale will be one to watch, as the new owners will have the rights to pull their home’s image from the show. In that case, the Kardashians will need to find a new ‘real estate reality.’

Six months after the singer and star of the reality TV show, “Braxton Family Values,” emerged from her second bout with bankruptcy, she put down close to $3 million on a new Calabasas crib adjacent to Justin Bieber and Kourtney Kardashian.

According to reports, Braxton is the proud new owner of a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 5,323 square foot home in the exclusive and celebrity-infested “The Oaks” neighborhood.

Braxton’s new purchase is a French-country inspired single-story home with a a private courtyard entry. Inside, gleaming wood floors, custom beam ceilings and built-in cabinetry accentuate the formal living area. Adjacent, a magnificent chef’s kitchen has Sub Zero and Wolf stainless appliances, granite counters and elaborate tile work and custom cabinetry. Toni’s new private master suite features a sitting area, dual walk-in closets and a bathroom with limestone floors, a spa tub, designer tile shower, water closet and vanity.

Outside, a lushly landscaped private yard includes a salt water pool, spa, loggia, multiple fountains and outdoor fireplace.

Khloe Kardashian is getting her fresh start, thanks to ‘Big Bang Theory’ star Kaley Cuoco, who reportedly just paid full price for the Tarzana, CA home that Khloe once shared with soon-to-be-ex-husband Lamar Odom.

Listed for $5,499,000, Khloe and Lamar’s former home is a guard-gated Mulholland Park custom-built home located at the end of a private enclave cul-de-sac. Huge grassy lawns and a dramatic entry courtyard make a great first impression as you pull up to the home. Inside, a dramatic entryway leads to luxe living spaces that include 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, stone floors, a theater.

Outside, Khloe and Lamar’s former home has an outdoor kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a bbq bit, covered cabanas and a pool and spa.

Khloe and Lamar nested here in happier times, before Lamar’s alleged drug use forced Khloe to file for divorce in December, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Kaley Cuoco and her new husband Ryan Sweeting are ignoring the bad juju inside the manse and are hoping to turn the gorgeous home back into in a love nest. The duo married this past New Years Eve, after just a few months of dating.

Kaley also owns a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 5,233 square foot estate in Sherman Oaks, California that she purchased on November 19, 2010 for $2,400,000.

Kourtney Kardashian has just unveiled the stunning and spunky decor inside her Calabasas, CA home on and dropped the bomb that the home is about to hit the market!

The 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 5,199 square foot Colonial-style abode on Prado De Las Peras in Calabasas was purchased by Kardashian on December 3, 2010 for $1,700,000. Kourtney and interior designer Jeff Andrews have spent months meticulously decorating the home in a style that longtime boyfriend Scott Disick describes as “Alice in Wonderland meets Beetlejuice.

Parting with the home will be tough for Kourtney, who told that she loves “every single thing about this house, but I’m excited to take on a new project.”

First on their list for their next home: space. “Our family is bigger since we moved in,” Kourtney told “I’d like to have a guest room and more space outside for the kids.”

Kourtney and Scott have already been spotted house hunting for their next ‘home sweet home.’ In September 2013, the duo were spotted checking out a 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 7,478 square feet estate in Hidden Hills with a price tag of $6,495,000!

After a year of turmoil and scandal that resulted in divorce, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are officially selling their sprawling Tarzana home.

According to the Los Angeles Times and  The Real Estalker, the home is now officially listed for sale for $5,499,000.

In the months before the home went up for sale, news reports revealed that Lamar has been battling drug addiction and Khloe was trying to save him – and their four-year marriage. When all their efforts to rectify their marriage failed, Khloe filed for divorce in December, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Now, it’s time to split the marital assets – including this incredible mansion, which was purchased in both of their names before being transferred into a shared trust. Khloe and Lamar paid $3,950,000 for the spread in December 2009 -  shortly after they married in a quickie wedding ceremony after just a month of dating.

If you have the cash money to buy the house where Khloe and Lamar spent happier days, you’ll be buying a guard-gated Mulholland Park custom-built home located at the end of a private enclave cul-de-sac. Huge grassy lawns and a dramatic entry courtyard make a great first impression as you pull up to the home. Inside, a dramatic entryway leads to luxe living spaces that include 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, stone floors, a theater.

Outside, Khloe and Lamar’s Tarzana home has an outdoor kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a bbq bit, covered cabanas and a pool and spa.

If the home looks familiar, it’s because they’ve filmed “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and their spin-off “Khloe & Lamar” all over the property.

Tomer and Isadora Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty hold the listing.

Two years after their bitter divorce, Camille and Kelsey Grammer are finally untangling one of the final pieces of their former life together.

Property records show that their stunning Beaver Creek, Colorado vacation home has finally sold for $6.6 million!

In 2002, during much happier times, they purchased the home together for $5,350,000. Fast forward to September 2011, when the just-seperated duo put the home on the market for $7.9 million and hoped to make a quick and easy sale and divide the profits, per the terms of their divorce settlement.

Two years ticked by and the asking price dropped lower and lower, and finally a buyer stepped forward and bought the Grammer’s former winter hideaway, which was once featured on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

The exquisite just-sold home is nestled in the private area of Bachelor Gulch. As you may have seen on RHOBH, the home is excellent for entertaining, and offers a spacious great room, two master suites, a family/rec room, dramatic circular stair tower and in true Camille Grammer fashion – nannies quarters. Other highlights include beautiful pine floors reclaimed from the Sears Tower in Chicago, inviting stone fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, a spacious gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook, a wine cellar and tasting room, and an expansive deck with gorgeous mountain views.

The home also features a in-ground hot tub. The convenient ski-in/walk to ski out location is adjacent to an open space dedicated as a wildlife corridor.

This home has successfully sold, and Camille has just one more piece of her former life to shed before she’s officially Kelsey-free. She is currently looking to sell their former family home in Malibu. It’s on the market with a $14,995,000 price tag.

Reality TV star and Kardashian step-brother Brody Jenner has just dropped $1,895,000 on a quaint and quiet Malibu hideaway.

According to property records, Bruce Jenner‘s son closed on the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, 1,517 square foot home on October 11, 2013.

With his new Malibu digs, Brody is now neighbors with his brother Brandon and his wife Leah, who recently dropped $1.455 million on a rundown Malibu teardown that they will likely rebuild into their dream home. Their dad isn’t that far away either! After secretly splitting from Kardashian Momager and matriarch Kris Jenner earlier this year, Brody’s dad Bruce Jenner also became a Malibu resident when he rented a beachfront Malibu home for $14,500 a month after moving out of the Kardashian compound in Calabasas.

Brody’s new Malibu home is a rare gem and came onto the market for the very first time this summer. Very private, the 4+ acre home also has a guest house and is set among the oaks and on a running creek. The existing home is an updated rustic cottage with hardwood floors, wood burning fireplaces, ocean view and plenty of usable land to potentially expand the home. In a unique Malibu location, Jenner’s new property has land and plenty of room for horses, but is just seconds to the beach.

After having two kids together and expressing the desire to have more, the happily unmarried duo are house hunting for bigger digs in Southern California.

According to TMZ, Kourtney and Scott spent considerable time touring this property in Hidden Hills, CA, just a few short miles away from Kardashian HQ, aka Kris and Bruce Jenner’s house in Calabasas, CA.

The family of four is currently living in a gorgeous Craftsman-style 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 5,100 square foot home in Calabasas.  Perhaps it’s just not enough house for the notoriously over-the-top Kardashians, who love the biggest and best of everything.

Kourtney and Scott have been spotted looking at this incredible potential upgrade – a 7,500 square feet, 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom “Hampton’s Style” house in a primo section of Hidden Hills.

                      Luxe Agent Ben Moss

                      Miami, FL

Ben Moss currently beams into our living rooms as the star of the Style Network’s “Hot Listings Miami,” but before he was a TV star, he was a very successful and accomplished real estate agent. With years of experience under his belt, Ben has been selling incredible estates in South Florida and beyond. Let’s go behind the scenes and learn a but more about Ben.

How did you get your start in real estate?

I got into residential real estate brokerage by mistake.  I was a fairly successful office leasing broker by my mid-20′s.  My senior partner and I oversaw a portfolio of institutional office buildings in excess of 2.5 MM square feet in South Florida.  My girlfriend at the time/first wife/ex-wife (and current business partner) had been on the first season of The Apprentice.  I suggested to her that she should start her own real estate brokerage and brand it herself.  I would help her on nights and weekends.  This was 2004 and the residential market was really ramping up.  She got completely swamped and I felt responsible for it, so I had to make a very tough decision and decided to leave commercial real estate and try to help run the new company.  At first I was like a fish out of water.  I didn’t even know how to properly write up a sales contract, but I figured it out and then started to really enjoy the residential brokerage business.

What sale or career milestone are you most proud of?

Before I even thought about a career in real estate, I flipped a house my sophomore year in college.  I had attended a 3-day real estate investment seminar and I went out looking for a deal.  I found it, made it happen and realized that real estate investing was  a very cool thing!  At closing though, the guy I flipped it to had flipped it to the end buyer and made about 15 times as much as I did.  I learned a lot on that first transaction, but still managed to make some money on it.  To seal the deal with the seller I took her to a fancy bar in Miami so we could sit down and sign the contract.  The whole time I  was hoping that the waiter would not ask me for an ID since I was only 18.  That will always be my favorite deal because it was one of the wildest and it was my first.

What is your dream home location?

I love Miami and where I live in Miami (which is the city of South Miami) because I can walk to all the amenities like Whole Foods, shops and restaurants. I’m also about 5 minutes away from a great dog park that I try to take my dogs to every day.  However, I’d love to own a house in Boulder, Colorado in the near future.  I love the idea of being able to walk out of my house in Boulder and go for a hike up the Flat Irons.  My goal is to buy a house there by the age of 40.

What kind of car do you drive?

I drive a silver 2012 Audi A7.  I love the car and I’ve had it now for just over 2 years. It’s a great real estate car because I can drive clients around in it, yet it’s sleek and sporty and I think it has a great body.  Having said that I’m really not much of a car enthusiast, so I’m sure I’ll be driving this car for as long as I can.

                      iPhone, Android or BlackBerry?

What site/app do you check first when you wake up?

I’m getting into currency trading, so that’s usually the first thing I do when I turn on my computer.  However, when I first wake up the first thing I do most mornings is meditate, then eat breakfast while tuning in to CNBC’s Squawk Box.

What was the last book you read?

Raw Power! by Stephen Arlin.   I’m a health enthusiast and so I’m trying to adopt more of a raw foods lifestyle, but I have a long ways to go.  I’m usually reading 2-3 books at one time though.

                      Name your favorite guilty pleasure

Craft beer and brownies (not together).  I am lucky enough to live close to my parents, and so we get together every Sunday for dinner.  I usually eat 2-3 of my mom’s brownies every Sunday.  It’ s not a Sunday night dinner without mom’s brownies.

What’s one thing someone would never guess just by looking at you?

Probably that Spanish was my first language.  I grew up in Panama (my dad was US Ambassador) so I didn’t learn English until I was 5.

If you weren’t selling real estate, what else could you see yourself  doing?

I’d definitely be working for myself in some capacity, probably as an entrepreneur.  I have to think it would be something in the fitness or health industry.   Either that, or I would have gone back into commercial office leasing, which is a great career.

                      What’s your “claim to fame?”

I’m on a reality  show right now on Style network called Hot Listings Miami.

If you could switch places with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?

I’m a huge music buff, and I think being Dave Matthews for a day, a week or a lifetime would be a sweet deal.  He’s a creative genius and has managed to have a pretty successful band for over 20 years now.

Check out some of Ben Moss’ incredible listings:
