    $20 Million

According to gossip juggernaut TMZ, Kim and Kanye are in escrow on a gorgeous Hidden Hills, CA mansion.

For the bargain price of $20 million, Kimye and Baby North will finally be moving out from mom Kris Jenner’s massive estate, but they won’t be going far. Mr and Mrs. West’s new digs are just 5 minutes away from the rest of the Kardashian clan.

Brand new, gated and completely private, Kim and Kayne’s reported new home is a French Country-style home on 3 acres, with a vineyard.

Their spectacular new estate has a stunning master suite with dual baths, stone fireplace, skylights, enormous custom closets (perfect for the fashionista duo), a mirrored dressing area, gym, steam shower, sauna, and a private patio with spa.

The gourmet kitchen with three islands opens to spacious family room with volume ceilings. An elegant formal dining room has a fireplace and refrigerated wine storage. The massive home theater has upholstered walls and the game room has suede walls and a stone wet bar.

It’s not just the inside that’s ridiculous and over-the-top.  Outside, private and lushly landscaped grounds include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, 2 BBQ centers and a 1,050 square foot entertaining pavilion with fireplace & music, plus a secluded pool house with fireplace and bath, 3 bubbling fountains, “rock” speakers,  sports court  area, 2 vineyards, rose garden, mature trees, gatedcourtyard entry, and over an acre of lawns.

Rumors flew this week that Kim and Kanye had pulled the plug on the massive remodel project on the Bel Air home they bought a little more than a year ago. After multiple revisions to the plan, they decided to stop construction on the reworked mansion and just start anew. With this new home, they’ve found a gorgeous, picture-perfect estate to call home. No revisions needed.

After dropping $40 million on Tom Brady and Gisele’s insane French Chateau-style mansion, Dr. Dre just listed his former home in the ‘Bird Streets’ of the Hollywood Hills for $35 million.

The rapper, producer and headphone mogul just inked a deal with Apple to sell the company he started with music industry legend Jimmy Iovine for $3 billion.

With all that extra cash, the already ballin mogul is now a certified billionaire with money to burn.

Dre’s first splurge? A major mansion upgrade.

With the purchase of Tom and Gisele’s mansion, Dr. Dre is moving on to the ‘Next Episode’ and selling his 6 bedroom, 9 bathroom, 9,696 square foot home for $35 million.

Dre purchased the home on December 21, 2011 for $15,400,000.

According to the listing, Dre’s for-sale estate is “without question, the best View estate in the city.” Perched atop a promontory and gated at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home has a jetliner 300 degree vista with lights sparkling from downtown to the Pacific Ocean. With a flat, expansive, grassy yard, infinity edge pool – all overlooking the most striking views and setting in Los Angeles. Completely rebuilt in 2001, the sprawling home features a library/media, den, guest house, and wine cellar, all in total serenity and privacy.

LA super agent Kurt Rappaport of the Westside Estate Agency holds the listing.

Ludacris just dropped $4.8 million on a spectacular modern home in the Hollywood Hills!

Property records show that this new home is a major upgrade for the actor and rapper, who sold a penthouse condo for $879,000 the very same week he bought his new multimillion-dollar home in the hills.

Ludacris took a serious hit on the condo he paid $1,030,000 for in 2007. After doing the math, it looks like Luda lost $151,000 on the sale.

Don’t cry for Ludacris, though. He’s now living in an incredible modern home with panoramic city views. With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and nearly 6,000 square feet, he now has nearly every luxury amenity a buyer could dream of.

His new magnificent master bedroom suite comes complete with dual baths, huge dressing closets, a steam shower, soaking tub, fireplace, wet bar and private balconies with head-on views of the city, the Hollywood Sign and snow capped mountains.

The home is rounded out by an expansive home theater, infinity edge pool, volume ceilings, walls of glass, wine cellar, bar, separate maid’s quarters, two-car garage and off-street parking for up to seven additional cars.

In addition to his recent Hollywood Hills purchase and condo sale, Ludacris has a second penthouse condo for sale in the same building as his former condo and it’s listed for the very same price – $879,000. He also owns a grand $2.8 million property in Atlanta, Georgia.

Rande Gray of Keller Williams Hollywood Hills represented the seller and Maya Vander of Keller Williams Beverly Hills was Ludacris’ agent.

Canadian rapper Drake is selling his Toronto condo for $4.2 million. While he raps that he “Started From the Bottom,” the rapper clearly made it to the top and has collected some prime real estate along the way. In addition to this incredible Toronto condo, Drake just sold a pair of Miami condos for a $500k profit and currently calls a $7.7M Hidden Hills, California mansion home.

According to The Toronto Star, Drake’s newly listed Canadian condo is a 3 bedroom highrise condo that is 3,600 square feet on the 22nd floor of a building on St. Thomas St. in Yorkville and also includes 3 bathrooms and a pair of heated balconies. The pricey condo sits in a building that also has a pool, sauna, gym and valet parking.

If your “Motto” is “buy it,” then you’ll be shelling out $4.2 million for the condo and another $3,361.51 a month for maintenance fees.

Note: The home is listed for $4.2 million Canadian dollars. If you want to bring your US cash, make sure you have $3.98M for the condo and $3,546.86 for the monthly maintenance.

Joaquin Phoenix Buys His Next Door Neighbor’s House for $1.39 Million

Eccentric actor Joaquin Phoenix has purchased his next door neighbor’s home on March 29, 2013 for $1,390,700, as indicated by property records. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,511 square-foot home sits directly next to his existing property on top of the Hollywood Hills at Mulholland and Laurel Canyon. His existing home was purchased on November 7, 2006 for $4,835,000.

Phoenix’s longtime property is rather ordinary by Hollywood standards, and can been seen extensively in scenes from Phoenix’s “mock-umentary,” “I’m Still Here,” in which he famously duped his peers and the public into thinking he was quitting acting to become a famous rapper.

No telling why he needs his next door neighbors digs too, but perhaps it’s because he’s following the trend among celebrities of creating a compound comprised of multiple high-priced properties.

As it stands, Phoenix’s new addition to his Los Angeles property portfolio is a “a very special charmer re-done to perfection.” The gated property features a living and dining room that open to peaceful, beautifully landscaped grassy yard with custom outdoor fireplace and stone waterfall. An eat-in kitchen with huge center island and high-end appliances opens to a family room and additional large patio with canyon and city views. The Master suite has built-ins, a huge closet and re-done bath. Also included on the property is a bonus room with new bath and its own entrance, which would make a perfect office, gym or maids quarters.

Drake, the multi-platinum rapper, has just purchased the massive Hidden Hills compound he has been renting for the past few months. The home is no stranger to the real estate market – it hit the market in January 2009 with an eye-popping $27M asking price - that’s $3,627 per square foot. With no one willing to pay way-above-market-value for the suped-up estate, the price was chopped all the way down to $9.95M in November of 2009. 3 years and $2.25M more in price reductions, Drake has purchased the palatial pad for the bargain basement price of $7.7M, according to public records.

Marketed at “the ultimate Hidden Hills compound estate” and a “world class private resort,” the estate features 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and clocks in at 7,444 square feet. Larry Pollack, the owner of the famous Saddle Ranch Chop Houses, purchased the estate for “land value only” in 2003, and spent 4 years rebuilding and constructing this one-of-a-kind masterpiece. No expense was spared on interior appointments and all new exterior grounds. A multi-million dollar pool boasts cascading waterfalls, 80′ water slide, a grotto and more. Other exterior features include a tennis court, 5 stall horse facilities with riding area, a sand volleyball court, commercial bathrooms, mechanical bull, viewing pavilions and more. The interior features include 24-seat theater, game room, spa/massage room, master suite with his/hers bathrooms, and a spectacular wine cellar/tasting room.

              Enjoy the new digs, Drake!
