    $16,500,000

In a housing market that’s going up, up, up, actor Bruce Willis had a hard time selling his Beverly Hills mansion. Originally listed for $22 million in May 2013, Willis was forced to chop $2 million off the asking price of his sprawling, gated Beverly Hills hacienda in August 2013. With a $19,995,000 price tag, the gorgeous home continued to languish on the market.

    Until now.

Property records show that Willis finally found a buyer at a much lower price. He sold the spread for $16.5 million on August 15, 2014.

After so many years on the market, Willis must be thrilled that the deal is done, and he and wife Emma Hemming can fully enjoy East Coast life in their chic condo in New York City.

Despite the lower sale price, Willis still made a profit over the $9 million he paid for the estate way back in June 2004, when he bought the pad from movie industry titan Alan Ladd Jr.

The 1928 Spanish-style residence sits on about an acre acre of flat land in a prime section of lower Beverly Hillsand has 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread out over 10,379 square feet of interior space that also includes a state-of-the-art screening room, his & hers bathrooms and two staff rooms. Outside, a large pool, tennis courts and the surrounding areas are an entertainer’s paradise.

Branden Williams of Hilton & Hyland represented both Willis and the buyer in the deal.

      Price

      $1,950,000

Reese Witherspoon is taking on a project!

The ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ actress just bought a second home in Nashville, paying $1,950,000 for an amazing, stately mansion that’s in a sad state of disrepair.

Described as a “once in a generation opportunity,’ the home is a stately 1930′s era home on massive 6.5 acre Oak Hill lot that’s in need of some major, major TLC. The home, as it stands now, has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3,855 square feet.

Reese and Jim have some serious love for Tennessee. After all, they named their young son after the state. With a son named “Tennesee,” it’s no surprise that the showbiz duo are doubling down there. Reese already owns one Nashville mansion, which she picked up for $760,000 in 2005. She grew up in Nashville, and her parents still live nearby. Although she’s been a long time California girl, times, they may be a-changin’.

Currently, Reese and Jim have their Brentwood, California mansion for-sale as an off-market deal. They’re asking $14 million for their 5-bedroom estate and an adjacent lot. They also used to own a place in Ojai, CA, but that sold at a loss late last year.

This new Nashville buy isn’t really a shocking purchase for “America’s Sweetheart.” Reese has always had an affinity for revamping homes and making them her own. She completely redid her ranch in Ojai, CA when she first bought it, and all of her other homes have been upgraded and renovated to perfection.

Her new Nashville mansion has great “bones” and oodles of charm. There’s a masculine wood-paneled library, amazing hardwood floors throughout, and traditional details that give the home a distinguished feel. Each window looks out upon a picturesque brook and sweeping views of the sprawling grounds.

Hat tip to The Real Estalker, who first reported the news of Reese’s new home.

‘The 70′s Show’ actor Topher Grace has just put his Hollywood Hills hideaway on the market for $1,895,000.

Topher bought the place in January 2006 for $1,275,000 from actor Jesse Metcalf.

Tiny by Hollywood standards, the home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,799 square feet.

Described by his real estate agent as a “picturesque pied de terre,” the home sits on a private cul-de-sac off of Sunset Plaza. What it lacks in square footage and space, it makes up for in location, location, location!

The single-level home has a great open floor plan, with hardwood floors and soft, natural night throughout.

The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, and the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, plus a sumptuous bath.

Tophers’s tiny pad has a seamless indoor/outdoor flow to a sparkling pool and  several lush outdoor spaces for lounging and entertaining.

Topher joins his other ‘That 70′s Show’ cast mates, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, on the real estate merry-go-round. Ashton just sold his bachelor pad for $9.92 million, and Mila is asking nearly $4 million for her single gal spread.

Justin Bieber has a new crib – and it’s perfect for the young bad boy.

Pop’s young prince has decamped from his rented Beverly Hills condos and moved into a sprawling Hollywood Hills home that has its own night club!

Justin is taking advice from Miley Cyrus, who, on a appearance on Jay Leno, told him “you have a lot of money…buy a house with a night club.” Done and done.

Seems like sound advice for Justin, who seems to run into trouble every time he leaves the house.

Now Justin can party his heart out – at home. His new rental has an 80-foot long disco with bar, lights and sound system. If that wasn’t enough, the place has a fully-equipped gym, pool table, ping pong enclave and three bars. Three bars.

The 16,000 square foot all-glass contemporary estate has 10 bedrooms, including two master suites with huge closets. The in-home movie theater has a 160-inch screen (where Justin was just spotted watching a movie with manager Scooter Braun and friends).

A floating glass staircase (or elevator) takes Justin and his entourage from one level to the next. Outside, an amazing 80-foot-long pool has a four-foot high blue glass tile rendition of the famed Hollywood sign running the length of the pool.

The house has a huge outdoor deck and three yards all suspended into the amazing city view.

Justin famously clashed with his neighbors in Calabasas, finally selling the place to Khloe Kardashian and renting in Atlanta for a hot minute. He was back on the West Coast again, this time shacking up in two condo units in a brand new Beverly Hills building. He also pissed off every neighbor in that building, before moving to this glass party palace in the Hollywood Hills.

The home is owned by developer Danny Fitzgerald, and was listed briefly for $8.9 million.

Orlando Magic Guard Ben Gordon is bouncing out of the mansion he owns in the Detroit suburb of Rochester, MI.

Now on the market for $4,189,000, Gordon’s home sits on 1.7 acres and has 6 bedrooms, 6.25 bathrooms, 13,298 square feet, an indoor basketball court and a home gym. A necessity for cold Michigan winters, the home has a fully-finished lower level that’s been converted into a massive living and play area.

The fully-functioning indoor basketball court comes complete with a massive locker room and spa with plunge pools. Just like being at the arena, but in the comfort of your own home!

Fit for a serious NBA baller, the magnificent luxury estate is located within a private, gated community, surrounded by multi-million dollar estates.

Gordon set out of the path to greatness when he started his career with the Chicago Bulls. He became an unrestricted free-agent in the 2008-09 season. He signed a five-year, $55 million-dollar contract with the Detroit Pistons, which is when he picked up this incredible home. In June 2012, Gordon and a future first-round draft pick were traded to the Charlotte Bobcats (who are now known as the Charlotte Hornets), where he played until he was waived in March 2014. In July 2014, Gordon headed to sunny Florida, when he signed with the Orlando Magic for a reported two-year, $9 million contract.

              $8,100,000

On-again, off-again, on-again couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have just added fuel to the fire of rumors about their rocky marriage by listing their shared Bedford, NY mansion for $8,100,000.

Most celebrity real estate watchers know that when the ‘for-sale’ sign goes up in the front yard, the divorce lawyers are the next people who come knocking. With these two, who publicly split and then even more publicly reconciled, it can signal that it’s finally over for good between them, or that they’re ready for a fresh start in a brand new home.

Whichever way they’re heading, they’re leaving behind the gorgeous mansion they purchased together in October 2010 for $5,075,000.

Located down a long gated drive, Catherine and Michael’s for-sale home is a 5.7 acre brick colonial-style estate. Surrounded on three sides by  a  horse farm, the estate is quiet, private and serene.

Generously proportioned, light-filled rooms capture the architectural details and ambiance of the 1930′s. In the thick of their separation in 2013, the home was completely renovated, wherein they added a glorious master closet suite, gym and sauna, finely crafted moldings, hardwood floors, a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen and luxurious decor.

The property also now features a brand new one-bedroom guest house with bath, kitchen and living room.

The 5.7 acre grounds also feature sprawling lawns and a sparkling swimming pool.

In addition to this property, Douglas and Zeta-Jones own homes on Central Park in New York City, in Swansea, UK, and in Bermuda, where they resided full-time for many years.

Craig Siano of Siano & Co is their real estate agent.

The Los Angeles Times first reported on the listing.

Ashton Kutcher just sold his sleek Hollywood Hills bachelor pad for $9,925,000!

The ‘Two and a Half Men” actor bought the sleek hills pad two years ago, paying $8.455 million. In May 2014, it was rumored that he was quietly shopping it for $12,000,000.

In 2012, he rented the pad for a rumored $50,000 a month for a couple months before officially making it his. At the time that he bought, he was recently separated from now-ex-wife Demi Moore and needed a new place to call home. Shortly after moving into his bachelor pad, Kutcher stepped out with former ‘That 70′s Show” co-star Mila Kunis. Two years later, the duo are engaged and expecting their first child – a girl!

With all those life changes, Kutcher’s spectacular bachelor pad doesn’t exactly scream “family home.” It was rumored that Mila wanted to bring up baby in a more family-friendly home, and those rumors were confirmed when the duo snapped up a very family-friendly place in Beverly Hills for about $10,000,000.

With a new family home and a baby due any minute, it was time for Kutcher to part with his former party pad. In the same vein,  Mila just listed her single girl spread nearby, asking $3,995,000.

With their bachelor and bachelorette pad sell-offs in full swing, Kutcher’s glassy house had to go. The three-story home overlooks Lake Hollywood with fully retractable walls of glass. The floating dining room area opens to stunning views. The home also has a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, private screening room, bar area and gym/massage room. The striking master suite boasts ample use of glass and wood, magnificent views and a spa-like master bath. A variety of outdoor spaces include enclosed gardens, outdoor rooms, infinity pool, cantilevered decks and an open sky terrace.

Fun Fact: Justin Bieber, who recently sold his Calabasas home to Khloe Kardashian, was very, very interested in purchasing the home in 2011, but Ashton swooped in and bought it out from under him. The buyer remains unknown, but with Bieber’s current issues with his neighbors, this could have been a good buy for the young bad boy.

Mila had been cohabiting with Ashton in his glassy mansion for months, and just after they found out they were expecting, they bought a gorgeous Beverly Hills estate to bring up baby in.

Mila’s single-girl spread was purchased by Mila on September 15, 2008 for $2,885,000. The home is an elegant Mediterranean compound with unparalleled views of Los Angeles.

Seated on a private cul de sac, Mila’s beautiful compound has been completely redone from top to bottom, with no expense overlooked. According to gossip juggernaut TMZ, Kim and Kanye are in escrow on a gorgeous Hidden Hills, CA mansion.

For the bargain price of $20 million, Kimye and Baby North will finally be moving out from mom Kris Jenner’s massive estate, but they won’t be going far. Mr and Mrs. West’s new digs are just 5 minutes away from the rest of the Kardashian clan.

Brand new, gated and completely private, Kim and Kayne’s reported new home is a French Country-style home on 3 acres, with a vineyard.

Their spectacular new estate has a stunning master suite with dual baths, stone fireplace, skylights, enormous custom closets (perfect for the fashionista duo), a mirrored dressing area, gym, steam shower, sauna, and a private patio with spa.

The gourmet kitchen with three islands opens to spacious family room with volume ceilings. An elegant formal dining room has a fireplace and refrigerated wine storage. The massive home theater has upholstered walls and the game room has suede walls and a stone wet bar.

It’s not just the inside that’s ridiculous and over-the-top.  Outside, private and lushly landscaped grounds include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, 2 BBQ centers and a 1,050 square foot entertaining pavilion with fireplace & music, plus a secluded pool house with fireplace and bath, 3 bubbling fountains, “rock” speakers,  sports court  area, 2 vineyards, rose garden, mature trees, gatedcourtyard entry, and over an acre of lawns.

Rumors flew this week that Kim and Kanye had pulled the plug on the massive remodel project on the Bel Air home they bought a little more than a year ago. After multiple revisions to the plan, they decided to stop construction on the reworked mansion and just start anew. With this new home, they’ve found a gorgeous, picture-perfect estate to call home. No revisions needed.
