‘The 70’s Show’ actor Topher Grace has just put his Hollywood Hills hideaway on the market for $1,895,000.
Topher bought the place in January 2006 for $1,275,000 from actor Jesse Metcalf.
Tiny by Hollywood standards, the home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,799 square feet.
Described by his real estate agent as a “picturesque pied de terre,” the home sits on a private cul-de-sac off of Sunset Plaza. What it lacks in square footage and space, it makes up for in location, location, location!
The single-level home has a great open floor plan, with hardwood floors and soft, natural night throughout.
The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, and the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, plus a sumptuous bath.
Tophers’s tiny pad has a seamless indoor/outdoor flow to a sparkling pool and several lush outdoor spaces for lounging and entertaining.
Topher joins his other ‘That 70’s Show’ cast mates, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, on the real estate merry-go-round. Ashton just sold his bachelor pad for $9.92 million, and Mila is asking nearly $4 million for her single gal spread.

FOX NFL Analyst, Former Super Bowl Champ, Current Co-Host of "LIVE! With Kelly and Michael"
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,911 square feet
Former star football player and current “Live! with Kelly and Michael” talk show host Michael Strahan has just relisted his TriBeCa loft.
Purchased in 2008 for $1.66 million, Strahan tried to give the space the heave-ho in 2010, putting it back on the market for $1.85 million.
According to his listing agent Frances Katzen of Douglas Elliman and Curbed NY, Strahan had used the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,911 square-foot loft as a pied-a-terre and had plans to renovate but never quite got around to it. Instead, he leased the apartment out to a tenant when it failed to sell in 2010.
In a stronger market, Strahan is giving a potential sale another go, putting the place back on the market for $2.25 million.
Sans interior renovations, nothing seems to have changed inside the place except the decor. See what it looked like last time it was listed by checking out the former listing photos here.
Earlier this summer, Strahan made a $3 million profit on a “teardown” home in Bel Air that he flipped a year after purchasing it. He intended to make renovations and turn it into his West Coast dream home, but changed his mind and sold it for a major profit.

Award-winning actress, famous for her role on "Mad About You"
2,000 square-feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
Oscar-winning actress Helen Hunt is selling her New York City apartment for $2,750,000, according to the Wall Street Journal. Hunt has her primary residence in the 90049 area code of Los Angeles, but like most Hollywood folks, Hunt is semi-bicoastal for projects and events and has a pied-a-terre to lay her head when she’s on the East Coast. Hunt purchased this part-time home in 2006 for $2,400,000 and is looking to gain a nice little profit of $300,000 on its eventual sale.
Hunt’s 2,000 square-foot pad was originally a six-room layout that was reconfigured into a full 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with stunning eat-in-kitchen. You enter this apartment from a semi-private elevator landing into an elegant central foyer which seamlessly integrates large scale entertaining and living spaces. Renovations and upgrades include a large kitchen with professional-grade appliances, hideaway office areas, abundant built-in storage, restored herringbone floors, crown moldings, and decorative fireplaces, with antique lighting throughout. The apartment is bathed in sunlight all day from three exposure points and enjoys excellent cross-ventilation. This architecturally distinctive prewar cooperative was built in 1915 and has 35 units, a live-in superintendent, porter staff, and 24 hour doorman. It is located on the quietest end of 86th Street between West End Avenue and Riverside Drive, with very little commercial traffic, steps from beautiful Riverside Park, and in close proximity to mass transportation and Broadway’s commercial conveniences.
