Actress Julia Roberts and her husband Danny Moder have reportedly listed their stunning Kauai mansion for $17 million.
According to The Real Estalker, America’s sweetheart and her under-the-radar husband have swapped one stunning Hawaiian property for another and are now selling their former estate and trading up. Property records and media reports suggest that in November 2011, Roberts and Moder spent $13,375,000 to acquire the historic 3-acre beachfront Faye Estate on Hanalei Bay. The residence has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and over 1,800 square feet of living space. A separate guest cottage has another bedroom and bathroom.
