    Most Known For

USC football star, NFL superstar and Kim Kardashian's ex-boyfriend

    Home Stats

3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4,831 square feet, views, pool

Detroit Lions star running back (and Kim Kardashian ex) Reggie Bush is selling his striking modern estate above the Sunset Strip for $6 miliion.

Bush has been based in Los Angeles since his days at USC, where he was a star player and All-American. He even took home the highly-coveted Heisman Trophy, which he later voluntarily forfeited, after the NCAA uncovered misdeeds by the USC football program.

Despite the college-era drama, Bush has gone on to a rock solid NFL career, playing with the New Orleans  Saints, where he brought home a 2010 Super Bowl championship.

After a stint in 2012 with the Miami Dolphins, Bush is now based in Detroit with his fiance, Lilit Avagyan, and their new daughter.

Back on the West Coast, Bush is selling the bachelor/party pad he picked up in 2007 for $4,700,000. He tried to part with the house in 2009, asking $5,099,000 for the blinged-out, hyper-personalized house. Five years and about 200 gallons of beige paint later, the colorless house has a higher asking price and a new look.

Remodeled with the highest of quality finishes, the house features a killer chef’s kitchen, a state-of-the-art theater, an elevator connecting all three levels and a second story library/ loft.

The grounds include a pool and spa, custom wood decks, BBQ center, professional landscaping and a lower level dog run.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are under contract to buy a stunning full-floor condo in New York City for $14 million.

First reported by the New York Post, Brady and Bundchen are buying an incredible 3-bedroom condo on the 47th floor of the famed One Madison building that was originally listed for $16.5 million.

Their new Manhattan digs are the highest single full-floor home at One Madison, and sits a few floors beneath the building’s three-floor, $50 million penthouse.

Accessed by a keyed elevator entrance that leads to a private foyer, Tom and Gisele’s new Gotham home features a gracious master bedroom suite, including a corner sitting room with North and East views, two walk-in closets and master bath with soaking tub, separate stall shower, double vanities and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms offer ensuite baths and generous closet space.

In the main living space, a great room connects to an open kitchen and separate dining area.

One Madison ran into financial woes almost immediately after it hit the market in 2007. Foreclosures and lawsuits plagued the high rise until it was taken over by new management, who were then able to attract A-list buyers.

Brady once owned a condo at Time Warner Center, which he sold for $17.5 million and Bündchen previously owned a triplex penthouse on West 11th Street, which she sold for $4.4 million.

Together, Brady and Bunchen were previously spotted checking out an $11.495 million duplex at 212 W 18th street before they settled on their new, incredible pad. On the West Coast, Tom, Gisele and their kids rest their heads in a $20 million-dollar, custom-built mansion with a moat.

After Being Traded to the Oakland Raiders, NFL QB Matt Flynn Sells Seattle Home

        Most Known For

NFL QB with a lackluster career; Recently traded from Seattle to Oakland

        Home Stats

        4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 5,800 square feet

Oakland Raider’s backup QB Matt Flynn may not be starting on the field, but he’s making moves off the field.

After being traded to the Oakland Raiders from the Seattle Seahawks after losing the starting position to Russell Wilson, Flynn put his “lodge-style retreat” in Issaquah, WA on the market and made the move to the San Francisco Bay Area to suit up for Oakland.

While Flynn may be sweating his future in the NFL after losing the starting QB job with the Raiders to Terrelle Pryor due to tendonitis in his elbow, he’s not worried about carrying a mortgage on his former home near Seattle.

Flynn and his new wife Lacey Michew plunked down $1,225,000 for the home in May 2012, and even gushed about the home on their wedding website, but their life in the Seattle area would be short. The trade to Oakland left the couple with no choice but to put their home of barely a year back on the market, this time with a $1,448,000 price tag. The home sat on the market for months before it got a $49,000 price chop and finally found a buyer!

A new buyer now has Flynn’s awe inspiring views of the Issaquah valley and mountains from the 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 5,800 square foot lodge-style home. The home’s features include a spacious gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances and a walk-in pantry, a spa-inspired master retreat, 5 car garage with shop, wine room and laundry rooms on each floor.

Keeping it in the Seattle Seahawks family, Nathanael Hasselbeck of NWG Real Estate was the listing agent.

Keyshawn Johnson Tries To Speed Away From Justin Bieber with a Price Cut On Calabasas Mansion

          Calabasas, CA

          Most Known For

Former NFL star wide receiver and current ESPN analyst

          Home Stats

6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 11,746 square feet, pool, pop star neighbor

Former NFL star wide receiver and current ESPN analyst Keyshawn Johnson is selling his sprawling Calabasas, CA estate for $8,495,000 – and he’s getting aggressive with the price chops to get away from his neighbor – none other than pop megastar Justin Bieber.

Keyshawn definitely isn’t a “Bielber” and actually has a much-publicized feud with Justin, who peeds uncontrollably in his white Ferrari through their residential neighborhood while young children play in the streets.

Johnson is sick and tired of living near Bieber, so he’s chopping the price of the home to move the sale along. Originally listed and then delisted in 2011, Johnson’s home popped back onto the market for December 2012 for $10.5 million. As Johnson’s issues with Bieber started to escalate, the asking price on his home started to drop. By February 2013, he’d chopped another $1.6 million off asking, but still couldn’t find a buyer. With his unruly neighbor continuing to cause him grief, Johnson decided to reduce the price yet again – slicing $400k off – bringing the home to its current asking price of $8.495 million.

Unruly pop star neighbor aside, Johnson’s house is a custom gem in the celebrity-infested Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas. Nestled inside the gated “Estates at the Oaks” community, Johnson’s for-sale home sits on a huge 1.86 acre lot that boasts views and privacy. Inside, 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms are also joined by a chef’s kitchen, game room, spa, sauna, elevator and theater.

The grounds of the estate include covered patios with an outdoor fireplace, sunken basketball/sports court, a pool with spa and expansive rolling lawns.

Don’t mind living near the Biebs? Go ahead and put Johnson out of his misery and make an offer!

The reality TV starlet, her first-string QB hubby and their adorable baby Camden signed the lease on the beautiful home in January 2013, just two months after the home came onto the rental market with a $10,000 a month price tag.

The beautiful home sits on an almost 3/4 acre lot in a ritzy Winnetka neighborhood. Inside, a stunning gourmet eat-in kitchen has Carrara marble counters, top-of-the-line appliances and an adjoining room to relax in front of a blazing fireplace. Kristin loves the kitchen so much, she posed in it for a recent issue of People Magazine,

The rest of the gorgeous rental features a wood paneled library, a beautiful master bedroom suite and a full finished basement – perfect for Camden to play in during those harsh Chicago winters.

Cutler has just one season remaining on his contract with the Bears, so renting makes sense for the family. Prior to marrying Cavallari, Cutler had been renting a three-bedroom, 2,050-square-foot condo unit on Chicago’s Near North Side for $6,500 a month.

Now a Kansas City resident, Smith is settling into his new life in the Midwest and selling his San Francisco-area home for $3.25 million.
