Now on the market for $4,189,000, Gordon’s home sits on 1.7 acres and has 6 bedrooms, 6.25 bathrooms, 13,298 square feet, an indoor basketball court and a home gym. A necessity for cold Michigan winters, the home has a fully-finished lower level that’s been converted into a massive living and play area.

In July 2014, Gordon headed to sunny Florida, when he signed with the Orlando Magic for a reported two-year, $9 million contract.

      Price

      $14,500,000

NBA Baller Chris Bosh is showing us the literal meaning of the term now that his Pacific Palisades home has hit the market for $14,500,000, as first reported by the LA Times

The NBA star, who currently dribbles for the Miami Heat, is away from this home so frequently that it’s time to finally give it up. He’d hung on to it for a few years and had it for rent for $45,000 a month. With a life in gorgeous Miami and a $12,333,000 mansion on the water there, Chris and his wife no longer needed the to-die-for So Cal spread.

Chris’ for-sale place on the West Coast is a real palace in the Palisades. For a mere $14.5 million, you’ll get a wonderful ocean-view gated estate on approximately an acre-and-a-half. Secluded at the top of a knoll, the home has spectacular unobstructed views of the gorgeous Pacific Ocean and mountains. The outdoor area is punctuated with a resort-style infinity pool with swim up bar and lounge areas. A huge outdoor eating area features a full outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. There’s even an outdoor shower and large flat grassy area, perfect for extravagant entertaining. Inside, you’ll find a movie theatre, bar area with billiards, basically a total sports bar within the house.

The home is perfect for the CEO-type, with it’s ultra-luxurious office/library. Last but not least, the home has a huge master suite with dual master baths with huge walk-in closets and large ocean view balcony with spa off the master.

For those who need a little extra help around the (giant) house, the home comes with fully-equipped staff quarters.

        Price

        $5,162,750

In the middle of the scandal that dealt Donald Sterling a lifetime ban from the NBA and may force the sale of the Los Angeles Clippers, Sterling has continued to go about his business of buying real estate, picking up another home in Beverly Hills for $5,162,750.

Property records show that the ‘Sterling Family Trust’ picked up this spanish estate on May 12, 2014 and Donald Sterling was named as the trustee on the purchase. Sterling started his road to real estate mogul-dom in 1961, when he was a successful divorce and personal injury attorney. He ventured into real estate with the purchase of a 26-unit apartment building, which was the first of many massive real estate acquisitions he would make. According to reporting by Curbed, as of April 2014, Sterling owned around 162 properties in the Los Angeles area.

Make that 163, with this new addition.

The just-bought home was on the market for the first time in decades. As the listing photos illustrate, the home hasn’t been updated or remodeled to today’s standards. What it lacks in modern amenities, the home makes up for with ‘warmth, character and potential,’ according to the listing. The floor plan features 5 large bedrooms, maids quarters downstairs, high ceilings and a sweeping staircase.

A large family room opens up to an inner courtyard and large, grassy back yard.

While Donald is currently laying low and focusing on his family’s real estate holdings and doing deals like this one, his estranged wife Shelly is reportedly in secret negotiations to sell the Clippers to potential buyers.

Avery Johnson, the former NBA star who transitioned to coaching and then to a post-league career as an ESPN analyst, is seeking a buyer for his sprawling – and stunning – Texas estate.

At just 5-foot-11, Johnson was dubbed the “Little General” during his years on the San Antonio Spurs, but there is nothing “little” about the 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 14,369 square foot estate at 23 Grand Colonial Drive in The Woodlands, TX, a community in the Houston-area.

Listed for $7,500,000, Johnson’s home was built on the 17th Hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at The Club at Carlton Woods. Inside, museum-quality finishes include ornate stone work, hand-scraped wood floors, heirloom feel built-ins, pristine wall treatments and murals.

The main floor features game and theater rooms with a working concession stand and a super swank climatized wine grotto.

Outside, the private and gated estate features a motor court, full basketball/sport court, incomparable pool and gorgeous grounds.

Johnson’s been seeking a buyer for the past year, and he originally asked $9 million for the estate.

            Price

            $5,499,000

After a year of turmoil and scandal that resulted in divorce, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are officially selling their sprawling Tarzana home.

According to the Los Angeles Times and  The Real Estalker, the home is now officially listed for sale for $5,499,000.

In the months before the home went up for sale, news reports revealed that Lamar has been battling drug addiction and Khloe was trying to save him – and their four-year marriage. When all their efforts to rectify their marriage failed, Khloe filed for divorce in December, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Now, it’s time to split the marital assets – including this incredible mansion, which was purchased in both of their names before being transferred into a shared trust. Khloe and Lamar paid $3,950,000 for the spread in December 2009 -  shortly after they married in a quickie wedding ceremony after just a month of dating.

If you have the cash money to buy the house where Khloe and Lamar spent happier days, you’ll be buying a guard-gated Mulholland Park custom-built home located at the end of a private enclave cul-de-sac. Huge grassy lawns and a dramatic entry courtyard make a great first impression as you pull up to the home. Inside, a dramatic entryway leads to luxe living spaces that include 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, stone floors, a theater.

Outside, Khloe and Lamar’s Tarzana home has an outdoor kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a bbq bit, covered cabanas and a pool and spa.

If the home looks familiar, it’s because they’ve filmed “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and their spin-off “Khloe & Lamar” all over the property.

Tomer and Isadora Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty hold the listing.

After a year of turmoil and scandal, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are reportedly selling their sprawling Tarzana home.

According to TMZ, the home has secretly been listed for sale for $3,995,000. Interested? Well, the home isn’t open to just anyone – it’s only being shown to qualified buyers who can show that they can actually afford to pay the asking price.

Khloe and Lamar moved into the home shortly after marrying in a quickie wedding ceremony in 2009. They’ve filmed “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and their spin-off “Khloe & Lamar” in the home. In light of recent news reports that Lamar has been battling drug addiction and that Khloe intends to eventually divorce him, it makes sense that the home is up for sale. With less combined assets, the easier it will be for the duo to split. While we’re rooting for Lamar to turn his life around and for the seemingly in-love duo to make it work, selling the family home is usually a strong indicator that things are trending towards divorce.

If you have the cash money to buy the house, you’ll be buying a guard-gated Mulholland Park custom built 7-bedroom home located at the end of a private enclave cul-de-sac. NBA legend Larry Bird is fleeing his coop in Naples, Florida.

Brand new to the market, Bird’s agent confirmed to The News-Press that Bird and his wife, Dinah, want $4.8 million for their custom-built home in the Naples’ Park Shore subdivision.

The Birds have been longtime Naples residents.  The News-Press reports that they first bought a home in the Park Shore neighborhood in 1993 and then sold that house and bought the current home on the 300 block of Neapolitan Way for $875,000 in 1998. Bird and his wife then tore down the house and built the current home in 2001.

Bird’s agent also told The News-Press that Bird is selling the home because he doesn’t have time to spend in Naples now that he’s retaken his job as president of basketball operations for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers after a yearlong health-related sabbatical.

The Bird’s custom waterfront residence captures spectacular expansive views overlooking Venetian Bay. It boasts nearly 6,000 square feet of living space and features custom details throughout. Interior highlights include a gourmet kitchen and four full bedrooms, a saltwater aquarium behind a full service bar and state-of-the-art home theater. Outside, a tiki hut with thatched roof hovers over a summer kitchen and an adjacent infinity-edge pool sits near the sparkling bay.

                      Price

                      $21,000,000

Air Jordan is getting grounded in Illinois, where the sale of his 9 bedroom, 19 bathroom, 27,648 square foot Highland Park home is failing to take flight. The NBA great  listed his Chicago-area home at 2700 Point Drive in February 2012 for $29 million, and later slashed the price by $8 million, to bring it to its current asking price of $21 million…where it’s been lingering for months.

With an indoor basketball court, a 3-bedroom guesthouse, indoor/outdoor entertaining and pool area, outdoor tennis court, putting green, deep-water pond and 3 garages, the home is incredible – but is it worth the price? If Jordan gets his full asking price for the estate, it’d be a historic sale in the state of Illinois. According to MLS data from the past 25 years, only 8 homes have sold for more than $10 million and the last massive sale of this magnitude was in 2006, at the height of the national housing bubble.

Jordan custom built the home in 1995 and lived in it during his illustrious career with the Chicago Bulls. After his divorce from his first wire Juanita, retirement from the NBA and his new career as majority owner and chairman of the Charlotte Bobcats, Jordan has found himself a stunning new $2.8M lakefront estate on Lake Norman in Charlotte, NC. He’s also recently built a 38,000 square-foot estate in Jupiter, FL. With a new wife and a new life in North Carolina and Florida, Jordan’s more than ready to alley-opp this mansion over to a new owner.
