    “American Pie” screenwriter Adam Herz is selling his custom Los Angeles home for $3,995,000.

    Rich and successful after “American Pie” became a hit film franchise, Herz’s road to Hollywood started when he wrote his first screenplay, originally titled East Great Falls High,  over a winter ski vacation in 1998.
