Two years after their bitter divorce, Camille and Kelsey Grammer are finally untangling one of the final pieces of their former life together.

Property records show that their stunning Beaver Creek, Colorado vacation home has finally sold for $6.6 million!

In 2002, during much happier times, they purchased the home together for $5,350,000. Fast forward to September 2011, when the just-seperated duo put the home on the market for $7.9 million and hoped to make a quick and easy sale and divide the profits, per the terms of their divorce settlement.

Two years ticked by and the asking price dropped lower and lower, and finally a buyer stepped forward and bought the Grammer’s former winter hideaway, which was once featured on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

The exquisite just-sold home is nestled in the private area of Bachelor Gulch. As you may have seen on RHOBH, the home is excellent for entertaining, and offers a spacious great room, two master suites, a family/rec room, dramatic circular stair tower and in true Camille Grammer fashion – nannies quarters. Other highlights include beautiful pine floors reclaimed from the Sears Tower in Chicago, inviting stone fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, a spacious gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook, a wine cellar and tasting room, and an expansive deck with gorgeous mountain views.

The home also features a in-ground hot tub. The convenient ski-in/walk to ski out location is adjacent to an open space dedicated as a wildlife corridor.

This home has successfully sold, and Camille has just one more piece of her former life to shed before she’s officially Kelsey-free. She is currently looking to sell their former family home in Malibu. It’s on the market with a $14,995,000 price tag.

Here at Trulia HQ, we’re always sad to read about the demise of celebrity couples. They all just seem so in love. I mean, we never saw the whole Kim and Kris thing coming (we kid, we kid.) But this one today was a little bit of an unexpected Friday surprise – Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. The collective duo known affectionately as TomKat are no more. Perhaps Katie found marriage to Tom to be “Mission: Impossible?”

After the couch jumping, the wedding in an Italian Castle and the adorable, well-dressed tot named Suri, we thought these two might have a fighting chance to actually make it work. Today, we learn that it’s just not gonna happen for them. So, now what will happen to the mega-millions they have earned collectively over their 5-year marriage? We’re sure they have that all figured out via a standard Hollywood iron-clad prenup.

Well, we may never know who will get what, but it doesn’t stop us from wondering what will happen to their impressive collection of real estate.

Let’s break down their homes, which you can peep in this order in the slideshow above and down below.

1111 Calle Vista Drive Beverly Hills, California 90210

TomKat purchased the estate on April 27, 2007 for $30,500,000. The 10,286 square foot estate has 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.

7860 Torreyson Drive, Los Angeles, California 90046

Purchased on June 3, 2005 for $9,850,000. Public records say the home is 4,965 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 5 bedroom. It sits on 2.4 acres.

        42 W. 12th St. New York, New York 10011

This East Coast outpost was purchased on April 7, 2009 for $15,075,000. It’s very large by New York standards: 8,113 square feet.

        1545 E. Valley Road, Montecito, California 93108

We don’t have too much intel on this TomKat vacation property, but public records show that it measures in at 9,477 square feet and the main residence has 6.5 bathrooms.

115 Francisco Way, Telluride, Colorado 81435

Purchased by Tom before he was married to Katie on October 31, 1995, to be exact. Purchase price and home details are not currently available.

So there you have it – the real estate reality of the soon-to-be-exes Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Gawk and maybe shed a little tear if you have to. We’ll let the tabloids take it from here…

                $7,900,000

This week on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” the ladies took a trip to Beaver Creek, Colorado so Camille Grammer could have one last hurrah in her massive vacation home in the ski resort town. As part of her divorce settlement from her mega-famous ex-husband Kelsey Grammer, she must part ways with the home, which is actually listed within the city limits of Avon, CO. If you caught the episode, you know the ladies’ time in Colorado was full of skiing, hot-tubbing, nervous breakdowns and a super awkward dinner party. You may have also noticed that Camille and Kelsey shared one heck of a vacation home.

The exquisite home is nestled in the private area of Bachelor Gulch. As you may have seen on RHOBH, the home is excellent for entertaining, and offers a spacious great room, two master suites, a family/rec room, dramatic circular stair tower and in true Camille Grammer fashion – nannies quarters. Back in the Spring of 2011, the internet was ablaze with Camille and Kelsey divorce chatter, and it was at that time that The Real Estalker wrote about the initial listing of the property. Between then and now, Kelsey may have traded in his agent for a newer model. Originally, Slifer Smith & Frampton held the listing. Now, Joni Taylor of Joni Taylor & Company is the listing agent.

Golfer David Duval Unloading Two Colorado Mansions at a Major Loss

Holding the title of "Best in the World" on the PGA tour

Two spectacular homes: The first boasts 11,372 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms. The second is 11,701 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms

                  Price

                  $9,000,000 and $5,000,000

Let’s dive into this double-dose of extravagant athlete homes. One top-ranked golfer, two Colorado homes on the market for millions less than he paid for them.

David Duval and his wife Susie are placing two mega-properties on the market in an attempt to “simplify” their lives, as they explained to the Wall Street Journal, who first reported this news.

David Duval was once the number one ranked golfer in the world, and in 2005, he and his wife paid $12,400,000 for a 7.5 acre, 14,200 square foot mansion they used as their primary property. They picked up a second home in the area for $7,400,000 in 2007.  The two homes in the Cherry Hills Village area of Denver are now on the market for $9 million and $5 million, respectively. For those who aren’t mathmatically inclined, that’s a staggering loss of $5,800,000. And that’s even if they get the full asking price for both.

But let’s think optimistically, because these two properties are quite the stunners. The larger, main property is described as a “Mediterranean masterpiece with a classic Italian villa exterior  and opulent interior.” It’s gated, boasts a circle driveway, fountains and is a great equestrian property for those who want to keep horses.

The second property is a rare gem hidden in the pines with a spectacular lake view and putting green, salt water pool and separate guest apartment. The home also houses a 1500+ bottle wine cellar, is complete with fabulous finishes like a media room and a patio with an outdoor fireplace. The $5,000,000 listing price includes the home plus an additional 4.4 acres. A 2.25 acre building site (where the putting green currently is) can be sold separately for $1.1 million.
