Back in August 2011, Christina Augilera was finally able to sell her former bachelorette pad to an unknown buyer for an interesting sum of $4,653,815. Now, that same buyer has decided to rent out the home for $29,000 a month.

The home has spectacular architectural with stunning jetliner views from downtown to the ocean. This completely renovated home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Just minutes to Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills, the  6,500+ square foot home offer views from every room. Walls of glass open to large pool and 12 person spa with an outdoor fireplace. Ms. A’s former home also has a professional screening room and recording studio. The lavish master suite boasts 2 fireplaces and immense double closet over looking the entire city.

When Aguilera was trying to sell this Devlin Drive home, she found out quickly that it wasn’t the easiest piece of property to move. It went through rounds and rounds of price cuts until Ms. Aguilera found herself selling the 4 bedroom, 7 bathroom home off for almost $350,000 less than the $5,000,000 she paid for it in 2003.

The Devlin Drive home is perched high in the hills, and is the pad Christina occupied prior to her ill-fated marriage to music executive Jordan Bratman. As husband and wife, Christina and Jordan moved on to purchase a love nest and family home that was none other than the former home of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne. Any one with a penchant for reality TV (and a killer memory) will recognize the home as the one where the Prince of Darkness and his brood filmed the popular MTV show “The Osbournes.” Since the Aguilera/Bratman divorce in 2011, that home has been on the market for $13,500,000 and still hasn’t found a buyer who wants a high-priced home with that much Tinseltown street cred.
