Husband and wife duo on The Real Housewives of New Jersey
6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 13,500 square feet
Melissa and Joe Gorga are going to have to find a new place to get “Real.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars have sold their 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 13,500 square foot Montville, New Jersey mansion for the full asking price of $3.8 million.
US Weekly broke the news that the married duo and their three kids are leaving the town of Montville, NJ and heading back to Franklin Lakes, NJ because it’s closer to Joe’s work. They have purchased a piece of land for an unknown sum and plan to rent another home until the new dream home is complete.
In last season’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” reunion, a tearful Melissa admitted that she and Joe were selling their Montville home to prevent their children from having to go to school with the daughters of then arch-enemy, sister-in-law Teresa Guidice. The feuding family members have since made amends, and with the upcoming move to Franklin Lakes, the Gorga family will be even closer to their in-laws.
When this home hit the market in May 2012 with an asking price of $3.8 million, it wasn’t the Gorga’s first attempt at a sale. In 2010, before they first appeared on the reality show (and shortly after completing construction of the home), they listed it for an optimistic $4,100,000.

Barbie, the most glamourous homeowner in the world, has just listed her incredible and iconic Malibu Dreamhouse for $25 million! The 8,500-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom, sits on a 23,456 square foot lot and includes an ultra-private entrance to 150 feet of pristine Malibu Beach. And while Malibu may be magnificent, after more than 40 years living there, Barbie’s ready for a change – so this doll’s moving!
The Barbie Dreamhouse
has been a girl’s guide to glam, license to dream, and a way to play in Barbie’s uber fashionable world since its introduction in 1962. Always a reflection of a time, Barbie has renovated and redesigned her Dreamhouse more than 10 times over the decades, transforming it from the original 1962 multi-colored, swirling Mod style to 2012’s ultra-glam, modern-chic, three-story Dreamhouse
Redefine the definition of beach living in this dazzling, contemporary home where Old Hollywood Glam meets Sophisticated California Casual. Designed as the ultimate bachelorette compound, it’s perfect for an A-List celebutante or entertainment mogul who entertains, yet wants to relax by taking in the never-ending ocean views.
The three-story home has ample living space, including a master bedroom complete with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The property also features clean lines, super-sparkly finishes, luxe details, and soaring ceilings that perfectly frame the famed Malibu sunsets.
The one-of-a-kind entertainer’s floor plan offers generous, 119-centimeter ceilings, pink crown molding, custom Pantone 219C hardwood floors, and a pink elevator equipped with a state-of-the-art pulley system. The elevator even has doors emblazoned with Barbie’s signature silo head — a feature that can be easily customized with any occupant’s own personal monogram!
The Barbie Dreamhouse is the only property in Malibu with truly unobstructed views of the ocean — after all, it only has three walls — creating a supremely Californian atmosphere with year-round indoor/outdoor living and exquisite views from Point Dume to the Queen’s Necklace.
The pink Poliform kitchen
is fit for a culinary queen, with pink granite countertops, chef-worthy appliances, and plastic food that never spoils.
The master bedroom suite encompasses an entire floor and features enough amenities to pamper a gal from bath to bed: a steam shower, heated pink marble flooring, and of course, a never-ending custom closet that holds over 2 billion pairs of heels, thousands of designer dresses, and plenty of pink power suits.
Equipped with sensors and sounds throughout, this is the only home in Malibu with a self-flushing toilet and fire that crackles even when it’s not on. Diamond-encrusted accents, crystal chandeliers, custom mirrors, reclaimed exotic woods, natural stone, and concrete compliment the pink-infused, modern decor.
To top it off, this home’s complete with enough storage to hold an array of beach toys, from surfboards to jet skis, as well as plenty of space to park a private pink jet – all sold separately.
Josh Altman of Hilton & Hyland and Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles” holds the ultra-exclusive listing.

According to TMZ, one of “Real Housewives of Orange County” original housewives Jeana Keough and has recently put her 7-bedroom, 6-bath mansion on the market for $3.5 million.
