Two years after their bitter divorce, Camille and Kelsey Grammer are finally untangling one of the final pieces of their former life together.

Property records show that their stunning Beaver Creek, Colorado vacation home has finally sold for $6.6 million!

In 2002, during much happier times, they purchased the home together for $5,350,000. Fast forward to September 2011, when the just-seperated duo put the home on the market for $7.9 million and hoped to make a quick and easy sale and divide the profits, per the terms of their divorce settlement.

Two years ticked by and the asking price dropped lower and lower, and finally a buyer stepped forward and bought the Grammer’s former winter hideaway, which was once featured on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

The exquisite just-sold home is nestled in the private area of Bachelor Gulch. As you may have seen on RHOBH, the home is excellent for entertaining, and offers a spacious great room, two master suites, a family/rec room, dramatic circular stair tower and in true Camille Grammer fashion – nannies quarters. Other highlights include beautiful pine floors reclaimed from the Sears Tower in Chicago, inviting stone fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, a spacious gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook, a wine cellar and tasting room, and an expansive deck with gorgeous mountain views.

The home also features a in-ground hot tub. The convenient ski-in/walk to ski out location is adjacent to an open space dedicated as a wildlife corridor.

This home has successfully sold, and Camille has just one more piece of her former life to shed before she’s officially Kelsey-free. She is currently looking to sell their former family home in Malibu. It’s on the market with a $14,995,000 price tag.

Nicholas Cage’s Former Malibu Ranch Sells For $6.3 Million

320 acre property with a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,080 square foot home

Nicholas Cage‘s former ranch in Malibu has just found a new buyer!

The deal closed on November 7, 2013 for $6,300,000, as first reported by the LA Times. That’s a far smaller sum than the $10,300,000 ”The Rock” actor paid for the Malibu spread in 2000. The seller is clothing designer Masud Sarshar.

When Cage owned the property, he first tried to sell it for $23 million, and from there, the asking price kept trending downward.  While the land didn’t fetch $23 million, it’s worth a pretty penny, as its one of the largest land-holdings available in Malibu. Just minutes off the Pacific Coast Highway, the 3 parcel property has lakes, cattle and horses. Existing structures on the land include an indoor garden, a caretakers residence, horse pasture, and 2-bedroom and a 2-bathroom guest house with luxurious amenities tucked in a beautiful grove of oak trees. The property boasts its own extensive network of horse trails and boarders the Santa Monica Mountains’ network of trails.

The sale of this ranch reminds us of Cage’s many real estate woes. In 2009, when the IRS came after him for unpaid taxes that totaled more than $13 million, he had just completed a massive land grab for high-priced real estate that included a private island in the Bahamas, a Medieval castle in Germany, a country manor in Rhode Island, a castle in England, a haunted estate in New Orleans and more. His list of properties and high-priced possessions – like nine Rolls Royce vehicles, a prehistoric dinosaur skull, and exotic snakes – could really go on and on.

Notably, he first listed the former Tom Jones/Dean Martin mansion at 363 Copa De Oro Road in Bel Air for $35 million, but ultimately sold through bankruptcy for $10.4 million.

As Cage’s financial woes became public, he famously sued his business manager, Samuel Levin, alleging negligence and fraud. Levin counter-sued, stating that he warned Cage that he was living way beyond his means and urged him to spend less. Levin’s filing states that “instead of listening to Levin, Cage  spent most of his free time shopping for high ticket purchases, and wound up with 15 personal residences.”

Cage and Levin confidentially settled their suit in September 2010, and Cage has been trying to dig himself out of his financial mess ever since.

Report: Charlie Sheen Selling The Home He Bought For Estranged Ex-Wife Brooke Mueller

Amid a nasty (and we mean NASTY) custody battle, TMZ is reporting that Charlie Sheen is trying to quickly sell the Beverly Hills mansion he bought as a primary residence for his ex-wife Brooke Mueller and their twin boys, Bob and Max.

Located just around the corner from his mansion in the gated, upscale neighborhood of Mulholland Estates, Brooke’s 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom, 6,625 square foot home was purchased by Sheen on October 23, 2012 from billionaire Tom Gores for $4,800,000. According to TMZ’s report, Sheen wants to sell the home quickly and for exactly what he paid for it, because terms of his divorce from Mueller specify that any profit made on the residence must be split evenly. So if he sells for zero profit, he owes her nothing.

        Isn’t love grand?

The home is a total stunner, especially at that $4.8M price point – it’s Spanish-style villa on expansive, private grounds. The home centers around a formal living room that then opens to a library/den, dining room, theater, gourmet kitchen and family room. Brooke’s master suite has a separate sitting room, dual fireplaces and multiple walk-in closets. Outside, the spacious backyard has a large pool/spa and built-in bbq.

When everything was amicable between Charlie and Brooke, this home was the perfect spot for her and the boys to live – because Dad was just around the corner. Charlie actually owns two more mansions in Mulholland Estates – a 6 bed, 9 bath home he paid $6,999,999 for on March 31, 2011 and a 5 bed, 7 bath estate he picked up on April 28, 2006 for $7,200,000.

While Charlie’s not with his real estate agent, it’s likely he’s with his lawyer. He and Brooke’s heated custody battle rages on.

Padalecki has been married to actress Genevieve Cortese Padalecki since 2010 and the duo have a son together. Just this summer, they announced they were expecting baby #2!

As they prepare to become a family of four, the Padalecki’s are selling their current home and searching for something bigger and more family-friendly.

Purchased on July 9, 2009 for $1,775,000, their current home isn’t small by any means. It has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 3,818 square feet. Meticulously renovated, the hillside Studio City home has a formal dining room, dramatic living room and a glass enclosed library/office with lush landscaping and valley views.

After months of speculation and confirmed rumors that he was secretly selling his home, actor Robert Pattinson has officially listed his Los Feliz hacienda-style home for $6.75 million.

Pattinson purchased the home for $6,275,000 on September 2, 2011 from basketball legend Kareem-Abdul Jabbar, and proceeded to nest there with then-love Kristen Stewart. Once it was revealed that Stewart cheated on Pattinson, her longtime “Twilight” love, she was booted from the home and he moved out to a new place shortly thereafter. Rumors swirled that the bad memories were enough to drive the Twilight hunk out of the spanish-style home and into a short-term rental while he searched for a fresh start.

One of the first private residences built in the Hills above Los Feliz, Pattinson’s uber-private walled and gated estate is an architecturally significant property with incomparable gardens. Sitting on a terraced 1.5 acre lot, the home  has 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms and incredible original details intermingled with state-of-the-art, updated systems. The outdoor grounds feature gardens, a lagoon pool and unmatched city views.

Just 2 months after Orlando Bloom snagged a renter willing to pay $16,500 a month for the home famously burglarized by “The Bling Ring,” he’s had a change of heart and has heaved the home on the open market with a $4.5 million dollar price tag.

While “Bling Ring” debacle is way in the past and the kids involved have since been caught, prosecuted and made infamous in Sofia Copolla’s film of the same name,  Bloom has decided to officially close the door on his time owning the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,248 square foot home.

Situated high up off the street, Bloom’s very private, gated compound totals 3/4 acres and features security cameras (naturally), lush gardens, a pool, swim machine and spa. The all-black, ‘artistic’ single-story home features a chef’s kitchen with walnut/cherry handmade custom cabinetry and a warming fireplace. Off the kitchen is an outdoor patio with built-in barbecue and dining area. To the other side of the kitchen is a large den/office/bedroom with full bathroom and separate entrance. The master suite looks out onto the pool area and has a huge walk in closet and large bathroom with separate tub and steam shower.

Bloom purchased the home on March 28, 2007 for $2,750,000.

After a second stint in rehab this summer, grown up teen hearthrob Zac Efron is seeking more Zen in his life, and he’s starting at home.

Efron is currently under contract on a ‘majestic Zen Contemporary property’ in the Los Feliz area of LA. According to TMZ, the actor has found a place where he can get away from it all, and it will only cost him $3.995 million.

Perfectly private, Efron’s new estate is set behind gates and situated down a long, private driveway. With spectacular city and ocean views from every room, the property has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the main residence and a 1 bedroom, 1 bath separate guesthouse. Wood detailing and wide expanses of glass create a seamless blend of tranquility and peace…just what a post-rehab Efron needs right about now.

Additional amenities include an open floor plan for entertaining, chef’s kitchen, spa-like master bath, gym, pool/spa with waterfall, wine cellar, full security and state-of-the-art electronic capabilities.

While Efron waits for the ink to dry on this contract and for the deal to officially close, he can rest easy in his other Los Angeles mansion. He paid  $2,350,000 on Dec. 3, 2008 for a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,316 square foot home on Woodrow Wilson Drive in the Hollywood Hills.

British bad boy actor/comedian Russell Brand has just splashed out $2.224 million on a hilltop bachelor pad.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Brand’s new pad hilltop home was once owned by the great Laurence Olivier. The residence is 4,800 square foot, multi-story mansion high in the Hollywood Hills. Built in 1926 and designed by architect Selden Price, the home is nestled into a steep hillside and has incredible panoramic city views.

Fully restored by the previous owner, the gothic-feeling estate has voluminous spaces and dramatic flying buttress arched ceilings and doorways. The entry level is comprised of a spacious living room, an outdoor dining terrace over-looking the canyon and city below, a formal dining room and kitchen with high-quality finishes. Down one flight of stairs, Brand’s lower level includes a master suite, 2 guest bedrooms and an office, all of which open to the incredible views. Walk down yet another level and you’ll find a state-of-the-art screening room, studio apartment with separate entrance and a sprawling outdoor deck and yard over-looking the view – perfect for entertaining!

Brand’s new purchase is his first big real estate move after splitting from ex-wife Katy Perry. While Brand is skating into a new place in the Hills, Perry is having a heck of a time selling their former love nest, which was just price-chopped a second time, bringing the asking price to more than half a million less than what she paid for it in 2011. But don’t cry for Katy – she’s since upgraded to a $11.2 million-dollar Hollywood compound.

Peter Facinelli may have moved on romantically after his divorce from Jennie Garth, but when it comes to his real estate portfolio, he’s pretty much right where he was before.

According to property records, Facinelli paid $2,015,000 for a gorgeous, brand new Toluca Lake home right down the street from the home he and Garth shared for 10 years. The now-divorced duo’s former marital home sold to “The Big Bang Theory” co-creator Bill Prady for $3.99 million.

Downsizing but not skimping on luxurious amenities, Facinelli’s new home is a newly-built modernized traditional with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Highlights include an open floor plan that allows seamless flow from the fabulous kitchen to a large family room with a built-in entertainment center and glass doors leading out to a private grassy yard with saltwater pool and spa.

Most bedrooms are found upstairs, as well as a bonus room that’d make a perfect gym or office. The master suite is expansive and the master bath has white marble vanity with dual Kohler sinks, large glass shower and luxurious spa tub.
