‘The 70’s Show’ actor Topher Grace has just put his Hollywood Hills hideaway on the market for $1,895,000.

Topher bought the place in January 2006 for $1,275,000 from actor Jesse Metcalf.

Tiny by Hollywood standards, the home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,799 square feet.

Described by his real estate agent as a “picturesque pied de terre,” the home sits on a private cul-de-sac off of Sunset Plaza. What it lacks in square footage and space, it makes up for in location, location, location!

The single-level home has a great open floor plan, with hardwood floors and soft, natural night throughout.

The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, and the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, plus a sumptuous bath.

Tophers’s tiny pad has a seamless indoor/outdoor flow to a sparkling pool and  several lush outdoor spaces for lounging and entertaining.

Topher joins his other ‘That 70’s Show’ cast mates, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, on the real estate merry-go-round. Ashton just sold his bachelor pad for $9.92 million, and Mila is asking nearly $4 million for her single gal spread.

      Price

On-again, off-again, on-again couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have just added fuel to the fire of rumors about their rocky marriage by listing their shared Bedford, NY mansion for $8,100,000.

Most celebrity real estate watchers know that when the ‘for-sale’ sign goes up in the front yard, the divorce lawyers are the next people who come knocking. With these two, who publicly split and then even more publicly reconciled, it can signal that it’s finally over for good between them, or that they’re ready for a fresh start in a brand new home.

Whichever way they’re heading, they’re leaving behind the gorgeous mansion they purchased together in October 2010 for $5,075,000.

Located down a long gated drive, Catherine and Michael’s for-sale home is a 5.7 acre brick colonial-style estate. Surrounded on three sides by  a  horse farm, the estate is quiet, private and serene.

Generously proportioned, light-filled rooms capture the architectural details and ambiance of the 1930’s. In the thick of their separation in 2013, the home was completely renovated, wherein they added a glorious master closet suite, gym and sauna, finely crafted moldings, hardwood floors, a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen and luxurious decor.

The property also now features a brand new one-bedroom guest house with bath, kitchen and living room.

The 5.7 acre grounds also feature sprawling lawns and a sparkling swimming pool.

In addition to this property, Douglas and Zeta-Jones own homes on Central Park in New York City, in Swansea, UK, and in Bermuda, where they resided full-time for many years.

Craig Siano of Siano & Co is their real estate agent.

The Los Angeles Times first reported on the listing.

        Price

        $9,925,000

Ashton Kutcher just sold his sleek Hollywood Hills bachelor pad for $9,925,000!

The ‘Two and a Half Men” actor bought the sleek hills pad two years ago, paying $8.455 million. In May 2014, it was rumored that he was quietly shopping it for $12,000,000.

In 2012, he rented the pad for a rumored $50,000 a month for a couple months before officially making it his. At the time that he bought, he was recently separated from now-ex-wife Demi Moore and needed a new place to call home. Shortly after moving into his bachelor pad, Kutcher stepped out with former ‘That 70′s Show” co-star Mila Kunis. Two years later, the duo are engaged and expecting their first child – a girl!

With all those life changes, Kutcher’s spectacular bachelor pad doesn’t exactly scream “family home.” It was rumored that Mila wanted to bring up baby in a more family-friendly home, and those rumors were confirmed when the duo snapped up a very family-friendly place in Beverly Hills for about $10,000,000.

With a new family home and a baby due any minute, it was time for Kutcher to part with his former party pad. In the same vein,  Mila just listed her single girl spread nearby, asking $3,995,000.

With their bachelor and bachelorette pad sell-offs in full swing, Kutcher’s glassy house had to go. The three-story home overlooks Lake Hollywood with fully retractable walls of glass. The floating dining room area opens to stunning views. The home also has a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, private screening room, bar area and gym/massage room. The striking master suite boasts ample use of glass and wood, magnificent views and a spa-like master bath. A variety of outdoor spaces include enclosed gardens, outdoor rooms, infinity pool, cantilevered decks and an open sky terrace.

Fun Fact: Justin Bieber, who recently sold his Calabasas home to Khloe Kardashian, was very, very interested in purchasing the home in 2011, but Ashton swooped in and bought it out from under him. The buyer remains unknown, but with Bieber’s current issues with his neighbors, this could have been a good buy for the young bad boy.

            Time to “Let It Go.”

In the midst of their yet-to-be-finalized divorce, Broadway superstar Idina Menzel and her actor hubby, Taye Diggs, are selling the Studio City home they’ve shared since 2010.

Originally purchased for $2,090,000, the busted-up couple are asking $2,995,000 for the 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom digs they lived happily(?) in for years.

An ideal family home, the Diggs/Menzel property is a traditional-style home set privately at the end of a country lane.

With an open floor plan and a dramatic two-story foyer that perfectly suits the Broadway diva, the main level boasts a chefs kitchen, vast living and dining areas for entertaining or raising a large family, an expansive master suite, and three additional bedrooms.

In happier times, Taye and Idina retreated to an upstairs area with a private office and bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings and wood floors.

Outside, a sweeping outdoor yard augments the home, with a large pool, rolling lawns, patios and a treehouse.

Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group holds the listing.

              $1,575,000

Jim Parsons has just parted ways with his Los Feliz starter home, mere months after snapping up Robert Pattinson’s glittering estate for $6,375,000.

Property records show that Parsons went out with a whimper, instead of ‘Bang,’ on his smaller, more modest house, selling the spread on June 20,2014 for $1,575,000. He had high hopes for more dough when he listed the place for $1,850,000 in January 2014. While he didn’t get full asking, he did rake in more than the $1,300,000 he paid for the place in April 2009.

Located just a few blocks away from his new, bigger home in the same Los Feliz neighborhoodParson’s just-sold starter home is a beautifully remodeled and immaculately decorated hillside home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths and 2,827 square feet of living space spread out over two levels.

The open floor plan features fireplaces in the living and dining rooms,  and a spacious cook’s kitchen.

The lower-level features a den/office and a master suite with sitting room, large en-suite bathroom with spa tub and separate shower, and a huge walk-in closet.

Outside, a charming private entry patio contains an outdoor fireplace.

We suspect that Parsons and his fiance Todd Spiewak aren’t sweating the lower-than-hoped-for sale price as they nest nearby in their new, upgraded, A-list digs. Not ones to keep it all in one Los Feliz neighborhood, the engaged duo also spent $1.822 million for a NYC apartment near Gramercy Park in August 2013.

Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox are on the move!

The married duo welcomed their second son, Bohdi Ransom,  earlier this year and decided to make a change on the home front. They recently listed their Los Feliz mansion for $3,995,000, and bought a new place in Toluca Lake, CA, paying $3,350,000 for the 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom, 6,710 square foot home that was Bing Crosby’s original Carriage House.

Property records show that they swooped up the one acre property on June 10, 2014.

The private estate has a 100 foot curving driveway that leads you between gorgeous century old oak trees and olive trees to a contemporary ranch house.

Remodeled in 2008, the 6,710 square foot, one-story home has exquisite architectural details.

The main room is spacious, with exposed beams and quartz slate floors. The kitchen has an Australian opal granite island that offers seating. An adjacent formal dining room has a Brazilian cherry hardwood floor and a gorgeous nearby library has ample shelf space and an electric skylight.

The recreation room is ideal for indoor activity – perhaps a home gym for the gorgeous duo or a play room for their boys.

Brian and Megan’s new master suite includes a 600 square foot 2nd story loft and separate his-and-hers dressing rooms and bathrooms.

The back yard features a saline pool and jacuzzi, and a fire pit. An added bonus, a spacious 563 square foot pool house has its own kitchen and bathroom.

Lots of room for this growing family!

‘Hunger Games’ hunk Josh Hutcherson has just snapped a new spread, paying $1.25 million for a gorgeous East Coast traditional in the Silver Trangle area of Studio City.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property was extensively remodeled in 2011. Now, the swank home features dark wood floors, a vaulted beam ceiling, and a formal dining room with fireplace, overlooking a charming brick patio. Oh, la la.

The cook’s kitchen has an uber-popular farmhouse-style sink, Carrara marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island.

Small but mighty at just 1,506 square feet, the home has a master suite with two large closers and a master bedroom with additional Cararra marble counter tops, dual sinks and a stunning claw-foot tub.

Outside, the landscaped and terraced yard includes a sparkling blue swimming pool and views of the hillside.

This is an interesting purchase for the Hutcherson, since its not your typical celeb buy – it’s not gated and it sits directly on the street, offering little-to-no privacy to the Hunger Games star. It’s also a majorly different purchase from the super-private “tree house” home he bought in May 2012 for $2.5 million. That home is gated, tucked away in the hills and steeped in serious celeb history. Former owners included serial home buyer Ellen Degeneres and Michelle Williams and the late Heath Ledger. This new buy is likely to be an investment or for a family member.

Lori Shelton of John Aaroe Group repped the seller, and Deedee Howard of The Agency was Hutcherson’s agent.

                      $2,775,000

Zac Efron just closed the door on the last piece of his former life as a young Hollywood bad boy.

After two stints in rehab and a skirmish down at LA’s (in)famous skid row, the seemingly reformed actor has just sold his former Hollywood Hills party pad for $2,775,000.

Following a tumultuous time period in his life where he privately struggled with addiction, Efron sought out more Zen in his life, and he started at home. He moved out of this home after buying a ‘majestic Zen Contemporary’ property in Los Feliz in October 2013,  paying close to $4 million for the new home.

The fresh start it provided him? Priceless!

Efron listed the house that was the backdrop to a darker period in his life in March 2014, asking $2,850,000. Two months later, he got almost asking price for the home that was originally designed by Rodney Walker for the famed Case Study program. The home was eventually built using those plans after the program timeframe, and subsequently reinvented 50 years later.

Efron’s just-sold home may be steeped in history, but it’s also a modern wonder. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the home embodies the ideal California lifestyle in a primo location.

Whole walls of glass open in every room for seamless indoor/outdoor flow and beautiful natural light. Situated up a gated drive on a flat lush lot, this home features heated concrete floors, a unique infinity pool with an ozone system and an open kitchen with a Wolf range and sub-zero appliances.

Offering coveted seclusion and style, the home is the perfect ‘celebrity hideaway’ for the unknown buyer.

Efron paid $2,350,000 for the home on December 3, 2008 and made a few bucks on the sale.
