Comedic Actor with hits like Swingers, Wedding Crashers and The Break Up
3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2,890 square feet, lap pool
Vince Vaughn has just been identified as the buyer of Kate Bosworth’s open and airy Los Angeles hideaway. First revealed by the Real Estalker, property records show that Vaughn is indeed the buyer of Bosworth’s hills spread.
Vince and his wife splashed out $2,375,000 for the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2,890 Nichols Canyon home, which is a little less than what Kate was hoping to get for it (original asking price was $2,499,000), but the blonde beauty has by no means sold at a loss to Vince. The ‘Blue Crush’ actress paid $2,100,000 when she purchased the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom place in 2005.
Vaughn’s new private pad is set behind a discreet gate that leads you down a long drive to this contemporary home on over half an acre.
The floor plan is open and flowing, with the dining and living areas seamlessly connected. In the heart of the home, a chef’s kitchen features professional appliances and huge windows that overlook the patio and views beyond.
The home’s 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths include the upstairs master retreat with sitting area, two walk-in closets, spa-like bath with double Carrara marble vanity and a jetted tub.
French doors leads to multiple outdoor areas, including a lap pool and an outdoor living room with incredible light and canyon views.
Why would Vaughn buy from Bosworth, when he just snapped up two other properties in the last year? To add to his collection, of course! He currently owns a 12,000 square-foot penthouse in the historic Palmolive Building and another smaller apartment in the River North neighborhood of his hometown of Chicago, as well as two Los Angeles-area properties. The first is a $3,925,000 property in La Canada Flintridge, and the second is a Manhattan Beach mansion he bought for $6,447,000 from former USC football coach, Lane Kiffin.
Hollywood Hills, CA
Actor in the 'American Pie' movies and currently starring in the NetFlix hit "Orange Is The New Black"
3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2,756 square feet, pool, views
In a prime Sunset Strip location, the swank home has a semi-private drive and is walled and gated for the utmost privacy. The hillside locale highlights city-to-ocean views within this 2,756 square foot home, which Biggs purchased from Wonder Years actor Fred Savage in 2007 for $2,249,000.
The main level provides generous open-concept living room, vaulted ceilings and abundant light with a great room, dining room and kitchen areas all opening up to both the view and the pool/terrace.
The first floor is completed by a spacious office or den, a massive en-suite guest room and courtyard-access, a secured garage and a large dog run.
Elsewhere inside, Biggs’ Master suite has the same explosive views, a luxe en-suite bath, and a sensational media/screening room with its own bath and state-of-the-art entertainment system.
The reason for the move? Perhaps Jason and his wife, Jenny Mollen, are looking for a place that’s a bit more family-friendly. Married since 2008, the duo welcomed their first child, a boy named Sid, in February 2014.

Stars, they’re just like us! In a world of insane, high-priced luxury real estate, many celebrities decide to go the rental route. Whether it’s for the long-term, or just during transitions – like divorce, a bi-coastal move, a lengthy vacation, a renovation project – and more, celebs are signing leases from coast-to-coast. Let’s take a peek inside the fabulous rentals of some of the biggest stars!
Ever since he was deemed the ‘world’s worst neighbor’ by anyone who’s ever lived next to him, Justin Bieber has been living the life of a renter. He sold his Calabasas mansion to Khloe Kardashian and booked it to Atlanta for a couple months. The lure of the West Coast got ahold of him again, and he was back in no time, this time shacking up in two rented Beverly Hills condos. When the neighbors there had enough, he moved on…again. Now, Bieber is renting a $29,500 a-month Hollywood Hills mansion with its own nightclub, indoor gym, home theater and three bars.
The jet setting hotel heiress can never stay in one place for too long, which is why she likes to sign short-term leases. This summer, Paris signed on the dotted line for a $65,000 a-month Malibu beach rental, where she shacked up for the entire month of July. She threw an A-list 4th of July party and soaked up the sun, until August, when she was on the run again!
Khloe, Kourtney and the entire family became renters in the world-famous Hamptons this summer, while they filmed their reality TV show “Khloe and Kourtney Take The Hamptons.” During their time there, they ‘took’ a lease on a $14 million waterfront mansion, where they spent gorgeous summer nights enjoying the peace and quiet of the 3 acre, 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom property.
Speaking of Kardashians, Bruce Jenner, the family patriarch, became a renter in Malibu earlier this year. He and wife Kris Jenner very publicly decided to live apart, and Bruce booked it as fast as he could to the shores of Malibu, where he took up rented residence in a $14,500 a-month bachelor pad. The 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom, 4,400 square foot beachfront home is Bruce’s place to get some R&R away from the madness that comes along with ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians.’
Jennifer Aniston may not be a perma-renter, but she knows how to work her way around a lease when she needs to. The well-tressed ‘Friend’ bought a massive $21 million dollar mansion in Bel Air in January 2012, but quickly decided it needed a major overhaul. While the contractors and construction crews moved in, Jen and longtime fiance, Justin Theroux, rented a very Zen-inspired Beverly Hills mansion with a very un-Zen $40,000 a-month price tag. They shacked up there for at least a year, while they waited out the final touches on their Bel Air dream home.
RiRi is the ultimate celebrity renter! The world-famous pop diva has rented at least four high-priced properties in her short time in the spotlight. According to reports, she’s currently shacking up in two bi-coastal rentals. The first is a penthouse in New York City, where she’s paying $39,000 a month for swanky Chinatown pad. Back on the West Coast, she left a stalker-riddled estate and moved into a massive rental atop the Hollywood Hills, where she has the views and privacy she needs. When she’s just in vacation mode, Rihanna goes the rental route as well. This past winter, she took up residence in the most expensive home in Aspen to celebrate her 26th birthday, instagramming the luxe vacation along the way. Back in her home
town island of Barbados, Rihanna rented a massive $20 million dollar oceanfront villa with her family. It’s good to be Rihanna!

The Napa estate belonging to the late, great Robin Williams is still seeking a buyer.
Appropriately named “Villa Sorriso,” which means “House of Smiles,” the massive estate was owned by a man who brought smiles to the face of millions of people in his lifetime, via his iconic roles in “Mork & Mindy,” “Mrs. Doubtfire,” “Good Will Hunting,” and others.
Listed for $29,900,000, Villa Sorriso is situated atop the Mayacamas Mountains between the world-famous Napa and Sonoma V
The property features a 20,000 square foot main residence, a 3,200 square foot guest house, a 7-stall horse barn, tennis court, hiking/riding trails, a spring-fed pond, 100+ olive oil producing trees, and approximately 18.4 acres of vineyards producing Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Cabernet Franc wines, with existing winery contracts.

Villa Sorriso is located at the end of a road, making it easily accessible, yet private. For those seeking a getaway, the home is close to Yountville and a very quick helicopter ride from Napa’s private airport.
Williams first attempted to sell the estate for $35 million in 2012.
Beverly Hills, CA
Action movie star of hits like "Die Hard" and "Armageddon" and others
11 bedrooms, 10,379 square feet, pool
In a housing market that’s going up, up, up, actor Bruce Willis had a hard time selling his Beverly Hills mansion. Originally listed for $22 million in May 2013, Willis was forced to chop $2 million off the asking price of his sprawling, gated Beverly Hills hacienda in August 2013. With a $19,995,000 price tag, the gorgeous home continued to languish on the market.
Property records show that Willis finally found a buyer at a much lower price. He sold the spread for $16.5 million on August 15, 2014.
Despite the lower sale price, Willis still made a profit over the $9 million he paid for the estate way back in June 2004, when he bought the pad from movie industry titan Alan Ladd Jr.
The 1928 Spanish-style residence sits on about an acre acre of flat land in a prime section of lower Beverly Hillsand has 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread out over 10,379 square feet of interior space that also includes a state-of-the-art screening room, his & hers bathrooms and two staff rooms. Outside, a large pool, tennis courts and the surrounding areas are an entertainer’s paradise.
Branden Williams of Hilton & Hyland represented both Willis and the buyer in the deal.
'Best Actress' Academy Award winner for 'Walk the Line;' and starred in all Legally Blonde films and other romantic comedies

Reese Witherspoon is taking on a project!
Described as a “once in a generation opportunity,’ the home is a stately 1930’s era home on massive 6.5 acre Oak Hill lot that’s in need of some major, major TLC. The home, as it stands now, has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3,855 square feet.
Reese and Jim have some serious love for Tennessee. After all, they named their young son after the state. With a son named “Tennesee,” it’s no surprise that the showbiz duo are doubling down there. Reese already owns one Nashville mansion, which she picked up for $760,000 in 2005. She grew up in Nashville, and her parents still live nearby. Although she’s been a long time California girl, times, they may be a-changin’.
Currently, Reese and Jim have their Brentwood, California mansion for-sale as an off-market deal. They’re asking $14 million for their 5-bedroom estate and an adjacent lot. They also used to own a place in Ojai, CA, but that sold at a loss late last year.
This new Nashville buy isn’t really a shocking purchase for “America’s Sweetheart.” Reese has always had an affinity for revamping homes and making them her own. She completely redid her ranch in Ojai, CA when she first bought it, and all of her other homes have been upgraded and renovated to perfection.
Her new Nashville mansion has great “bones” and oodles of charm. There’s a masculine wood-paneled library, amazing hardwood floors throughout, and traditional details that give the home a distinguished feel. Each window looks out upon a picturesque brook and sweeping views of the sprawling grounds.
Hat tip to The Real Estalker, who first reported the news of Reese’s new home.
Hollywood Hills, CA
Actor who played Eric Forman in 'That 70's Show'
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,799 square feet, pool
Topher bought the place in January 2006 for $1,275,000 from actor Jesse Metcalf.
Tiny by Hollywood standards, the home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,799 square feet.
Described by his real estate agent as a “picturesque pied de terre,” the home sits on a private cul-de-sac off of Sunset Plaza. What it lacks in square footage and space, it makes up for in location, location, location!
The single-level home has a great open floor plan, with hardwood floors and soft, natural night throughout.
The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, and the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, plus a sumptuous bath.
Tophers’s tiny pad has a seamless indoor/outdoor flow to a sparkling pool and several lush outdoor spaces for lounging and entertaining.
Topher joins his other ‘That 70’s Show’ cast mates, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, on the real estate merry-go-round. Ashton just sold his bachelor pad for $9.92 million, and Mila is asking nearly $4 million for her single gal spread.
Hollywood Hills, CA
20 year-old Canadian singer who's transitioned from hearthrob to bad boy
16,000 square feet, 10 bedrooms, glass staircase, pool, home theater, home gym
$29,500 a month
Justin Bieber has a new crib – and it’s perfect for the young bad boy.
Pop’s young prince has decamped from his rented Beverly Hills condos and moved into a sprawling Hollywood Hills home that has its own night club!
Justin is taking advice from Miley Cyrus, who, on a appearance on Jay Leno, told him “you have a lot of money…buy a house with a night club.” Done and done.
Seems like sound advice for Justin, who seems to run into trouble every time he leaves the house.
Now Justin can party his heart out – at home. His new rental has an 80-foot long disco with bar, lights and sound system. If that wasn’t enough, the place has a fully-equipped gym, pool table, ping pong enclave and three bars. Three bars.
The 16,000 square foot all-glass contemporary estate has 10 bedrooms, including two master suites with huge closets. The in-home movie theater has a 160-inch screen (where Justin was just spotted watching a movie with manager Scooter Braun and friends).
A floating glass staircase (or elevator) takes Justin and his entourage from one level to the next. Outside, an amazing 80-foot-long pool has a four-foot high blue glass tile rendition of the famed Hollywood sign running the length of the pool.
The house has a huge outdoor deck and three yards all suspended into the amazing city view.
Justin famously clashed with his neighbors in Calabasas, finally selling the place to Khloe Kardashian and renting in Atlanta for a hot minute. He was back on the West Coast again, this time shacking up in two condo units in a brand new Beverly Hills building. He also pissed off every neighbor in that building, before moving to this glass party palace in the Hollywood Hills.
The home is owned by developer Danny Fitzgerald, and was listed briefly for $8.9 million.
