"There are many philanthropic groups, music groups, sports, races, and great fundraisers, especially the Brawley family fish frys at the Eagles Club. Lots of trivia nights for many different groups. Always something to do in and around town."

"I haven't lived here long but the neighbors seem great and it's always felt safe untill about a week ago when out car was broken into. we now have a camera and no one else seems to have any issues. It feels like an isolated inciedent so I would still recommend!"

"There is only the Dial a Ride! No Uber, I think Lyft may come from another town for a fee. My commute is fine as I have a car. However if I were to have transportation problems, I would be in trouble. There is nothing from Niles to other towns. If there were, the prices would be more than a person could pay. "

"Personally I like to take my dogs to the park, unfortunately I have to do a walk around before bringing them out to make sure there is nothing left on the ground the could Injure them. "

"Loud neighbors. There are neighbors in this neighborhood that have race cars that drive fast and you can hear from many block always. There is also one with a dirt bike track in their back and side yard that comes up on the side walk. I would be worried walking or riding bikes on the sidewalk in fear of being creamed by a dirt bike."

"You are a. 30 minute walk to down town Niles. Sidewalks are available once you reach Ballard elementary. 15 minutes or less to any Niles school. 15 minutes or less to groceries, and hardware store. Approximately 5 minutes to 31 bypass. "

"movies, apple festivals, ice festival, small community, animals, fairs, horses. nice people that like to smile at others and enjoy good company. bonfires that are fun during the fall time. "

"This is such a great area; perfect walking distance to schools, stores, restaurants, and parks. Friendly neighborhood and very clean. "
