"I’ve lived here for a year. It’s relatively safe. Really haven’t had any issues. You get a lot of med students, nursing students who live in the area and attend KUMC. Houses could be nicer, but that’s KCK. "

"The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Neighbors seem nice. Kids enjoy the school. It is a 10 min drive to the nearest gas station however and about 15 to Walmart. Further to grocery store or hardware store. "
