"No public transportation for a mile. Most people would need to walk to the main thoroughfare (us 19). Uber or Lyft is the best option but most people do own a car."

"I've lived in my neighborhood for working on two years. I have done nothing but deal with code enforcement and a couple nasty neighbors. it's not worth the hassle to have a nice house where have the house of your dreams because everyone around you will ruin it for you. I'm selling because of this. "

"There are dinners, dances, pool tournaments, shuffle board tournaments, exercise in Clubhouse and in pool. To mention anything more would take up the whole space. Nice community for year round living and a few days or months."
