"There are no sidewalks inside the neighborhood... but once you walk out front or back entrance sidewalks everywhere. I'd say 80% pick up poop... the other 20% ... 90% of them have huge dogs with large landmines!!!"

"The drive out of my neighborhood is full of ditches & potholes the streets are horrible in terrible condition! We pay slot of taxes to have to drive through these horrible streets day in & day out. It is ruining our tires!"

"Not a whole lot of kids in the neighborhood. Most are older. This is a well established community of about 35 years so people that live here have raised their families and most have grown up and out. Safe quiet and everyone looks out for one another. Very happy we moved here when we did with our one year old son back in 2016. "
