"School bus stops right in front of Seaberg rd and Judee rd ..kids ride there bikes in the area and people ride there motorcycles around also.. the only thing it’s the dirt roads when people drive through it lifts the dirt up as a heavy clouds an it goes on your property and your cars and when it rains the pot holes get bigger but other wise I love it neighbors are friendly and very respectful.. other than that it’s beautiful here Love it!!"

"Lack of dog only area or space. No local dog parks. There are also a lot of park locations that have no place to dispose of or any materials to collect dog waste. "

"I have lived here a year and hate it. I have my house up for sale now. Dogs bark and birds squawk all night long. Neighbors are rude and nosy. Too much partying. Up all night a lot! We really are unhappy here."

"very friendly neighborhood very friendly neighbors but don't see much of them a lot of neighbors walk their dogs a lot of them do not pick up after their dogs do not like that we have a privacy fence which I enjoy but I can still see people walking but the traffic is ridiculous I rode also has no sidewalks to the entrance of the back of zephyr Park very difficult I'm handicapped and it's difficult to go up and down the grass Hills and back up to the road every 10 minutes we need sidewalks down here unfair"

"Congested, then build more homes but do not accommodate for traffic or keep up what they have already built, to drive to Tampa took 1/2 hour ten years ago now 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours"

"We all have dogs and pick up our dog poop and leash our dogs appropriately. If you don’t leash your dogs we will not tolerate such foolishness. If you don’t pick up after your dog we will not tolerate you or your dog ,"

"Schools are the best! You see teenagers running and using their bikes in the neighborhood. Great pro-vet group if you need help with lost pets. Golden age people like me loves this tranquility and at the same time we can be anywhere within minutes."

"I have lived in Zephyrhills 5 years, there is a wide range of people. Young, old, and older and most older people have moved here from up north. Sometimes they are friendly, and others are quirky and cautious!! The younger people are struggling with low pay jobs. and often looked down upon. While the nature in the neighborhoods is nice, and morning walks are perferred. Night-time the locals are constantly burning wood or trash!!"

"I’ve lived here almost 2 years now. Older neighborhood has terrible streets with pot holes filled on occasion. Need repaving by raising taxes so the roads are taken care of by the city."
