"There are sidewalks everywhere and a beautiful park with paved paths. People are out walking their dogs all hours of the day. There are no dog parks or off-leash areas, however. "

"The neighbors has changed since I purchase my property in 1999. Most of my elderly neighbors have passed away who lived in their own properties. Now I see a lot of the properties being rented and the turnover has been a lot of new tenants coming and going, mostly young couples with children. "
