"Friendly area and love the proximity to Manhattan, a 15 minute bus ride. Spectacular views of NYC at a fraction of the cost of Manhattan real estate. Used to stay in Harlem and it's actually faster to get to Broadway via NJ Transit bus than the subway."

"Busy area and a lot of shopping options. Transportation is very easy, easy to get to areas. A lot of restaurants down the street. Fairly clean, quiet during the day, a bit busy on school mornings and afternoons. Friendly neighborhood. I like it alottttttt. "

"I’ve lived in West New York for three and a half years now and I’m glad I moved here from Brooklyn, NY. It’s more spacious and green, and the view of the Manhattan skyline are amazing! This is a safe and relatively quiet area, with many great food options available at affordable prices."

"Great neighborhood, well maintained. Very popular area as well. Come enjoy the skyline view of New York City. No more than 15 min drive away from Times Square! Great recreation programs for the kids growing up playing sports. Just an overall great place to stay at."

"This area is very safe , private, no problems! Well I’ve lived here for the last 7 years and I’ve never had a problem. Schools are great, Stores are near by, and town always kept clean! The new mayor is a great one! He has improved this town by a lot ! I for sure know that incoming owners or people moving to West New York will like because it’s a great town. "

"As a Dog owner in West New York, I find that almost everyone here has dogs or very friendly towards them. Their are a lot of clean sidewalks and parks with lovey views. There aren’t as many Dog parks as there should be but compared to Brooklyn or Queens they’re are many more and much cleaner. I love living here, and so do my pups! "
