"There are many elementary and middle schools in my area and nice parks. A majority of my neighbors are families with children. I myself allow my child to walk to the skate park down the street or his elementary school and feel completely safe as there are always other kids and people looking and walking around. There’s also lots of grocery stores near our neighborhood that are surrounded entirely by other neighborhoods all within a mile. "

"There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood, and not all of them are quiet. While you're walking your dog you will hear them all outside, which can be a nuisance sometimes. It rarely gets to the point past a hustle and some tugging. "

"I've lived here almost all my life and my parents and my grand parents. I feel safe going out even if its 3 am. police are always out and about so I always feel safe. it's mostly an older neighborhood and now some new families are starting to move here. "

"It's ok. I am about 75% happy in Watauga Texas. The cons of living here is that there are always accidents on my street. There are always people walking up and down the street at all hours day or night. A few times there has been known burglaries in this area from like if anything is left outside, it will be stolen in seconds. "

"People are always walking their dogs. The backyard of the houses are nice plenty of room to play. All the dogs I’ve seen have been nice none are aggressive. I’ve seen mostly small dogs, only one big dog. "

"Annual festivals and a good community center nearby give us a strong community . My neighbors are friendly and we always watch out for each other. I enjoy this area people are down to earth and there’s little drama . I only rent but have lived here 4 years."

"I've lived in this area for over ten years and I would recommend it to any one. U don't really even have to go to far. anything u need is close by. a wide variety of stores and shops. except for the city harrasing u every once in a while but that could just be me"
