"We have big and small car shows, downtown fountian shows and movie nights that are free public events, lots of places to play disc golf, a nice dog park. A nice range of food types and prices in restaurants. Great churches. Lots of nice public pools to cool off in. The people in general are friendly too. "

"Collins Park and Westboro Park are the two most "Norman Rockwell" neighborhoods in America. Everyone smiles, waves, chats, and is super friendly. Generations have grown up and died in these neighborhoods and will continue to do so for many generations to come. "

"By car, the commute is great. It's centrally located so you aren't more than 15 minutes from any side of town. If you're dependent on public transportation, plan on leaving 1 - 2 hours before you need to be at your destination."

"People walk their dogs nearly year round here. The dogs and owners seem to be welcome. Sometimes the dogs in our neighborhood get a little noisy but usually quite down shortly after. I love dogs because they give me a sense of security."

"A rural quite neighbor hood where there are several dog owners who keep their pets restrained at home and always keep them leashed when walking them. It's a perfect place for pets and hopefully new home/dog owners will obey the rules/suggestions."
