"decent, has quite a bit of public transportation. Right by needed stores and buildings. However not quite safe, a lot of weirdo. "

"It’s a quiet peaceful neighborhood with a park nearby, not a lot of traffic except on Indian Trail. The neighbors are all very friendly and keep the neighborhood looking nice. "

"While sadly this is changing, It has always been affordable for families with young children. I love watching the boys ride their bikes. Neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. I know these homes are mid-century, and on summer evenings, it often feels like I have been transported back to a simpler time, of kick the can, neighbors taking evening walks, parents calling their children in.
