"Easy commute north to Everett early in the morning and in early afternoon as well. Roughly 20-30 minutes in morning, 30-40ish in the afternoon at/before 2. Also should be a pretty convenient commute to downtown. Only like 15 minutes away (with light traffic—but this is Seattle, so there’s gonna be traffic at peak hours)"

"Family oriented neighborhood, peaceful, friendly, residents take their children to parks, walk their dogs, low crime, no homeless. Main street on 5th sits a long term local coffee shop, Crest movie Theater which needs to be preserved."

"the bums are starting to venture forth into our neighborhoods and into people's yards off of aroura. many have found them sleeping in their yards even during the day. otherwise it can be a pretty nice neighborhood."

"It’s very quiet compared to downtown depending on where you are. Where I currently live is tucked in suburbs so it’s quiet but has things right by it that are useful such as 7-11, and a different food truck every day along with a pub & cafe next door. Even the crest theatre is across the street for entertainment!"

Grocery shopping options you really have the pick of the litter in that aspect. Walking/biking trail to get your exercise in. Plenty of dining options as well. Close to the freeway. "

"You need to make sure you are involved in your child’s school for engagement for your children. Or have them involved in the community center. This will give your children options in terms of things to do outside of the home. "

"There are sidewalks and larger patches of green (plant life) than a fair number of Seattle suburbs. Richmond Beach park is nearby, which is frequently full of other dogs and their owners. I, personally, prefer other parks for my pup but it's quite convenient. "
