"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a couple years now. During the day it is relatively safe. But at night it changes very quickly. I hear gunshots most nights, neighbors reporting cars getting stolen and broken into as well as homes getting broken into. Definitely not the worst neighborhood in SA but not the best."

"This is a wonderful, charming, well maintained neighborhood. Everyone, no matter race, religion, ethnicity or orientation is welcomed and welcome. There are always people walking, Biking, skateboarding, any conveyance is seen. Young children and the elderly are seen interacting easily and happily. I’ll be sad to leave!"

"No a bad community since is very close to south coast plaza and it’s located in the city limit. I definitely feel safer living here that I probably would living farther down in the city. "

"Many people walk their dogs here... the City doesn’t Center median’s sidewalks and curbs. In one day I reported 50 graffiti locations on a two mile walk. This location is Expensive because it’s near South Coast Plaza on the City of Santa Ana side. The elementary junior high and high school suck. The School district is rated very low within the state of California. As soon as my children are old enough to understand school we are moving. "

"Ever since i was a kid its was horrible to live then in my high school days it went ok to live here now its still ok but when we need to go out to the stores or something we all go together .. the sad part there are good homeless people that are actually nice."

"There is a misconception of Santa Ana being a bad city to live in but you have to be aware of your surroundings just like any other city. There are good and bad parts, though the culture and development in Santa Ana is thriving. "
