"they would like the fact that McLaren Park is nearby and it is very dog friendly. they would also like the fact that most people have dogs and walk them during lunch or after work in the neighborhood, and they are mostly very well trained."

"Some area can be rough. But it is definitely getting better over the years. The only issue we have now are young kids doing donut in different intersections and loud motorbikes passing by. "
