"The quaint lamposts and charming houses make this a particularly beautiful place to live. Some people are friendly, some not. I’d say 50/50. Halloween is a blast, and Christmas time, the decorations on Michigan Avenue cannot be beat!"

"my commute is very simple I only have 3 Mi to travel in it so I don't really have to worry about getting around anywhere cuz I can walk my distance all my friends live close all my Necessities are just as close I need to go to a big store the bus is easy to access close by freeway is close by as well on both sides kind of right in the center of the best of both worlds"

"it's a great neighborhood, if you're able to pay the prices. People mostly keep to themselves. There's a Harmon's in walking distance, but bewary of the guy who drives through the neighborhood at 3 AM with a noisy muffler. "

"This neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood. There are parks, restaurants, grocery stores , shops, veterinarian clinic, salons and even the “humpback roundabout’” that are within walking distance. It is close to downtown, but feels suburban with single family homes and only a few duplexes or small apartment buildings. "

"I use bicycle and it works out great because of the Jordan River Trail and bicycle lanes provided by the city. Also not that hard to get to any destination in the Salt Lake Valley! "

"Thursdays during warm months, they have the food trucks gather at City Hall and everyone comes out. Sugarhouse park always has friendly activities, outdoor activities are close, etc. I like raccoon and fox sitings, and being close to everything."

"Charming cozy homes in a great town that makes you feel apart of a loving uptown community. I can smell the coffee brewing and I've got that cuddle up and read a book feeling. Lovely area to get out and go for relaxing walks as well."

"It’s right outside of downtown. Fun to have the fair park near by. There’s a lot of variety in the neighborhood. Area of homelessness, clean areas, a lot of dogs, mixture of religions and neighbors. "
