"It’s a unique area with unique people. Not so desirable in my eyes...but everyone is different. One way streets, poorly kept yards, and a Portland weirdness that some may appreciate; not so much me."

"Fernhill Park has one of the best off leash areas in Portland. Wiltshire and Alberta parks are within easy walking distance."

"Great community with great local parks for pets. Quiet. Streets are a little small and most residents park their cars on the street making driving around difficult "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 1 year and absolutely love it. My favorite neighborhood in Portland by far. A great mix of young professionals, families, retired individuals are dispersed in my neighborhood. All all very friendly and easy going. Very dog friendly park (Alberta park). Tree lined alleys are great areas for getting away from city for a walk. Neighborhood is close to mcminamins, new seasons, Safeway, Me 24 hr fitness, and all the shops on Killingsworth/Alberta. It can be expensive to live here but is well worth it, definitely an up and coming area with lots of development ahead."

"It's a neighborhood where virtually all struggling families have been displaced. It has rapidly gentrified and many smaller, affordable homes are being demolished in favor of new, overpriced McMansions and McDuplexes."

"It’s a neighborhood made of amazing people instead of just “hip” businesses. Also, best bridge in Portland, hands down. "
- Mary R.

"This Concordia neighborhood is absolutely charming, a lovely park, great for walking and beautifully maintained by its residents. And Kennedy School and New Seasons are just around the corner!"
