"I've visited Overgaard AZ for a long time. It has majestic beauty. The condos are very inexpensive. There are not that many jobs available and shopping is limited. This is the mountains at it's finest. 1.5 hrs to world class shopping in Phoenix and 20 minutes to excellent shopping in Show Low AZ."

"Mostly 2nd homes/ vacation homes.Rural no shopping no home mail delivery, people are very friendly. Camping, fishing, hunting and horseback riding."

"Dogs are supposed to be on leashes at all times per Navajo County. Most people come from the city and do not leash their dogs. I never see dog owners pick up after their dogs."

"Great neighbors! Cool, breezy and so peaceful with the wind blowing through the pine trees. Beautiful scenery and lots of miles to ride your side by side. "
