"I have lived in this neighborhood for 1 year and no one has ever bothered us. also no one ever bothers our packages when they sit outside. my neighbor had a package delivered to her house while on vacation and it sat outside for 4 days and no one bothered it or touched it. "

"I just purchased a house in the neighborhood. I really loved the neighbors and very friendly. The weather is nice and close to the water, plus lots of restaurants and markets available on US 19 that I can grab foods and drinks. Great hang out place for adult lifestyle "

"There are a lot of sidewalks and patches of grass for dogs. There aren’t many dog parks for dog owners. Not many events for dog owners in the area, unless you travel to St. Petersburg."

"The commute is getting busier and busier every year. There’s a lot of construction and a lot of new jobs so everyone is going to work at the same time in the morning. Traffic does get backed up coming from my direction because most of the jobs are in Tampa and that’s where everyone goes in the morning"

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 3 years. I moved in with my fiancé who has lived here for over five years. The neighborhood is very nice. Schools, hospitals, grocery stores and beaches all close by. Neighbors are friendly."

"You have to have a car or you will at least need a bike to get to bus stops. Stores are far enough away that you will need a ride. The area is nice and feels safe but I wouldn’t walk alone at night here. As far as driving, most people have an automobile; there are only a very few motorcycles but not many. It takes about 15 - 18 minutes to get to SR 54. It used to only take 8 - 10 but roads are much more trafficked now. That said, it used to take about 10 minutes to get from Little and 54 to the Veterans. You can now expect that commute to take 30 minutes in rush hour. Seriously. "

"Very kid friendly. Very safe. I love living here. Neighborhood clean and neighbors friendly. I grew up here as a kid. So I got to see how it is as a kid living here. I would have my own kids grow up here. Schools are fantastic. "
