"family friendly, but good for young folks too. easy to get anywhere in the city no matter your preferred mode of transport be it driving a private vehicle, public transit. biking, or most all necessities are within walking distance. it's a neighborhood that still has that funky new Orleans vibe...but with the added conveniences of stores like a Costco and whole foods"

"This is a great area for families. It is very walkable with lots of outdoor activities. There are restaurants around the park and beignets in the park. NOMA has wonderful exhibits and a children’s museum. There is also a dog park."

"Center of the city. Most areas are 15 min drive with easy access in each direction. Most of my work is on the east side of canal, and have several routes that can get me to the other side fairly east. "
