"Public school systems are sub par & generally unsafe. However public parks, malls, etc. are good. Location is the best thing going (close to I-95 & a hop skip & jump from other states like NY, NJ, MD, VA, etc.)."

"Access to public transportation. Great commute time due to access to I95 I295. Shopping Center near by. Several gas stations. Excellent commute time to a 2 big shopping centers. 15 minutes away from Christisna Mall."
