"Live in the country on a Farm to Market road about 8 miles north of town..Reasonably quiet peaceful neighborhood with little crime. Mostly multi cultural blue collar workers just tryin to make a decent living and take care of families."

"Great multi cultured community of mostly blue collar factory workers just tryin to make a decent living and support their families. Very little crime probably more petty theft. No real or violent crime! I feel safe here.."

"Lived in this community for 9 years. Most here are hard working honest blue collar folks. Reasonably quite and peaceful area with virtually no criminal activity. Community has a cross section of nationalities and everyone gets along well and minds their own business. I feel safe here."

"People regularly walk/run with their dogs. There is a park nearby as well. Lots of people walk their dogs there. I don't like that most pet owners do not pick up after their dogs."
