"Manorville is a great area to raise a family, with a wonderful school system that graduates the students to attend some of the finest colleges in the country. We are 10 minutes from the Beaches of WESTHAMPTON and 28 minutes to the wine country, it’s a great are with large homes and sprawling yards. All people are made to feel welcome ."

"I see people walking dogs all the time very friendly. And all homes have big yards! Big enough for small and large dogs. Everyone here loves animals and welcome dogs. "

"Commute is congested during rush hour but that’s to be expected on Long Island in general. Manorville is a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Its close to Corey Beach and Park, libraries and the game farm. It’s a great place to raise a family and also to retire. There are many 55+ communities in the area."

"Privacy, very low ,if any, crime rate. Homes have huge properties although property taxes are way above the average in Suffolk County. Schools are state of the art."

"I travel daily to Southampton arriving 6am to 6pm and the commute is usually pleasant both ways although this year was the US Open which made travel both ways a complete nightmare of a week."

"Very calm and quiet neighborhood where your neighbors are friendly and never really bother you. It’s beautiful in the fall with all the trees. Even though we live on a busy street we are tucked away in the woods the traffic never bothers us."

"so much property for them to run around but many properties are so large they are not fenced and with many wild animals... deer, ground hogs, wild turkey, possum, racoons, you have to always be watching them "
