"The extreme and welcoming diversity! There are 72 different languages spoken at our boy’s school! The walkability score is a 10 and we are also a short 7 minute walk to train/bus depot. Close proximity to salons, restaurants/pubs, coffee/tea shops, grocery/convenient stores, salons and entertainment. This city rocks!"

"The City of Malden does a lot of recreational activities for kids. You have to buy Malden trash bags. Winter parking can be bad depending on what street you live on. There aren’t any street cleaning signs so you have to either look them up or don’t forget to look at your pamphlet."
